Not really..Just a widespread ignorance of the actual cases and a mindset of ridicule and mockery for people who encounter them. It's called the status quo. Business as usual..Nobody wants to accept the bizarre and extraordinary..Nobody likes their boat rocked.

So you're saying that no government anywhere in the world has bothered to investigate these aliens? Isn't that hard to believe?

No..they did investigate thru from the 40's to the 60's with Project Sign and Project Bluebook. But the Condon Report pulled the plug in the late 60's, dismissing all ufos. It's been ignored ever since.

    That makes no sense.

The word 'alien' doesn't have to mean 'extraterrestrial'.

The word basically means different, strange, foreign or unfamiliar. Extraterrestrials are obviously one possibility, but not the only one.

So speculating about different things that extramundane ufos and their hypothetical occupants might be, while using the word 'alien' to refer to all of them, doesn't imply any dishonesty, confusion, obfuscation or anything like that.

    Interview with Philip Klass
    Author, UFO Researcher

KLASS: ... I've been interested in and investigating and following claims of UFO abductions for almost 30 years.

NOVA: In all that time, how much hard evidence have you found?

KLASS:...In nearly 30 years of searching, investigating famous cases, I have yet to find one that cannot be explained in down-to-earth prosaic terms. Therefore, if somebody says to me, "I have been abducted by strange looking creatures that do these dreadful things to me," I'm quite confident that they could not possibly be extraterrestrials. Maybe they're mischievous Irish leprechauns; maybe they're the mischievous elves of Santa Claus; maybe they are agents of the devil—now I don't believe in any of these. But I have not spent 30 years investigating whether the leprechauns exist. But I am quite confident that there is no scientific credible evidence to show that we've had alien visitors, let alone that they're doing these dreadful things.

Except that as has been pointed out to you many times, most recently by me a couple of days ago (and confirmed by several othets), that isn't true. Most of us would love to find out there are aliens here. We find the prospect fascinating and exciting.

You have no excuse for continuously misrepresenting us on this issue. As you readily demonstrate, selection bias is a powerful thing and it would help your case if we were subject to it too, but the fact of the matter is that we are not.
