So why do you think it's the honey and not the coffee?

I got to like the taste of instant coffee and honey . I used to have the coffee I noticed it did not do much to my BP. I am attempting to solve my problem. And so apparently it works for me.

I don't think honey has magic powers. It's a preservative like sugar, so maybe people think it will preserve life? It's basically just a kind of sugar.

Not all systems are alike we are not on the same point on the bell shape curve ., If it does for me I am happy, beside I pray for healing , ( that screws your mind even more ) , Again if it works I don't argue with facts in my body.

Still just a food. And wishing is just wishing, even if you do it real hard.

So what is your scientific analysis . I have data for over 2 years checking my blood pressure daily and most of the time was over 153/75-80, and now over one month is between 140/75 to 145/ 80 so I thank God.

Not yet, but I haven't wasted a second worrying about what I eat either.

On the other hand, I do waste a fair bit of time telling people how I don't waste my time.
