Sorry, I'm not impressed at all: When he undergoes proper scientific peer review through a reputable publishing company, then I'll have a look....although as you know, like you, I'm just an interesting lay person.

The reality of the face on Mars and the implications thereof ; is the soft cushion of extraterrestrial beings existence . Without the threat of existing , in the now .

[1] There is no face on Mars: Just light trickery and illusions...fact:
[2]While ETI most probably exist elsewhere, as of today, we have no evidence of such. Fact.
[3] Your existing in the "now" ...we all exist in the now....nothing weird, nothing sinister, nothing evil or paranormal. Fact.

Ignoring the woo some are trying to sidetrack this thread into.....
My second favourite best read, was Kip Thorne's "Black Holes and Time Warps.
Quite a detailed and in depth discussion/s on BH's, worm holes and spacetime warpage in general, by of course one of the leading authorities on BH's.
Now that gravitational waves have been confirmed, I'm just thinking maybe we could have a sequel.

    (1) There is a Face on Mars ; well the trickery is light ; but over head photos correct this illusion of light and angle trickery . Fact.

    (2) we do but of course the conservative people , such as your self have a difficult time with evidence .

    (3) so really you don't understand what I was getting to in my post # 663

Please show a reputable link, or citation, or reference, that the face on Mars is anything more then just a trick of light and is simply a pile of jumbled rock.

Nup, more to the point is that gullible, imressionable people who "want to believe"see what they want. Please show me conclusive evidence of ETI.
    I do not understand gibberish...correct.

I don't need to. It has already been invalidated by science.
But I asked you for the evidence...afterall you have claimed to be an investigator into this sort of nonsense?

Not a very informative reply river.

In actual fact though, when the scientific method and peer review, along with the evidence and such, reveal with near certainty on a particular issue, there is no need to go outside the box.
Your problem is of course, you exist outside this box, and have litle knowledge on why mainstream thinking is mainstream thinking.

    my third favourite, behind and
"The Making of the Atomic Bomb" By Richard Rhodes:
Black Holes and Time Warps"by Kip Thorne
which was the book that got me right into this cosmology stuff, was Stephen Hawking's "Brief History of Time"

    Old reading .

Old but yet based on physics and scientific knowledge, of which I have kept up to date on.
Certainly not along the lines of books by the fraudster Von-Daniken, Charles Berlitz, and Eric Lerner.
Perhaps Kip Thorne may as I suggested update his BH's and Time Warps book after the confirmation of gravitational waves.

And this has anything to do with the authors you mentioned .

Certainly nothing to do with the three fraudsters I mentioned, Von-Daniken, Lerner, or Berlitz, along with your nutty Brandenburg!

Thorne of course is one of the prime instigators of one of the greatest scientific experiments in our time, aLIGO and the confirmation of gravitational waves.

Another good read is "he First Three Minutes" by Stephen Weinberg: As the name suggests, the history of the first three minutes, post BB, and how our first atomic nuclei were formed.
One I'm probably going to purachase within the next mnoth, is "The Black Hole War" by Leo Susskind.
