You might have noticed a few not-so-new folks here have 'unmasked' Eduard as a chameleon. I can't be sure but regardless of that issue, his behavior doesn't merit any real sympathy.

    Q-reeus,

The truth. I do not speak English. What do you want to know? To be your friend.

So I just now followed the handy link provided in #21: http://www.sciforums.com/forums/pseudoscience-archive.60/
Case closed Victor. It's clear you will never learn. Or when it's too late and you're on skid-row. A pity for you, but our time is better spent. Let's see how long admin takes to sort this one.

I invented a method of moving in space using the weight to the right.

The two small spheres are driven by an electric motor. The small sphere on the right is magnetized to the weight of the large sphere. Therefore, the rotation of the large sphere will be from lower weight to greater weight. Then the other small sphere is magnetized and the procedure is repeated.

I invented a space propellant to walk in space without action or reaction.

The two (2) small spheres are two (2) legs.

Invented by: Victor Elias Espinoza Guedez
    Phone: +58 (0426) 4478109 Venezuela
    My email is: victor.elias.espinoza.guedez@outlook.com
Date of the invention: November 07, 2016
It lacks a perpetual magnet engine without electricity, for perpetual space propulsion.

My judgement is less harsh than some others here. Victor desperately needs psychological care. From reading elsewhere, unfortunately Venezuela is not the best place to get it.

So they said of the one who invented the bulb, the photon and others.

Do tell - who invented the photon?

So why isn't he banned yet? Going easy on socks?

James is already looking into it - apparently, all account information for Victor was lost when the forum software migration happened (as in, his old account only shows as "guest", no IP info, nothing... maybe he's just a ghost?)

Truth be told, Victor was mostly harmless... if a bit eccentric.

Not sure why we need IP addresses. The posts themselves identify the author as Epinoza and the subject matter is a topic that Espinoza posted 3 years ago.

I agree he is "mostly harmless" but he is a sock and there are good reasons, to do with deceit and bad faith, why socks are not allowed on respectable forums. If he wants to ask for his former ban to be lifted I'd have thought he should contact the mods and make his case, not try to get in under the radar as a sock.

In the regrettable event that he were readmitted, I fervently hope he would be prohibited from posting in the hard science sections, because we know the guy is a nutter.

Actually, posting it on the Internet is considered a public disclosure. You now cannot patent it. (This is actually a good thing, else someone might take advantage of your naivete.)

The patent is on the Internet with date and time. No one can change that. And if my idea is stolen from me, I will make it a thief. And you will be my second witness. Thank you.

You have just shown that you have no idea what a patent is. A patent is a monopoly right, granted by the state (or a group of states in the case of the EU).

Billvon is of course correct. If you publish an invention before filing a patent application, at a state's Patent Office, you have destroyed all rights to obtaining a patent for it.

Okay... maybe this needs to be stopped before he (Victor) embarrasses himself further...?

That is correct. And if you try to get a patent, then the examiner will search the web and say "look at that - this idea was released to the public by someone named Eduard before Victor Guedez filed his patent application." And he will take his big stamp that says "REJECTED" and stamp it on your application. He might even ask why you stole it from Eduard.
No, that person will just be using information that someone posted to a public website - and thus is free to use.

    I think so yes.

Preferably by invoking the prohibition of sockpuppets.
