    Ditto

    Word.

    Powered by language.

Indicating my previous remarks, up to the remarks just above the first ditto, apply to what ever your above post means.

Shortcut way for me to tap out the long version.

Until I am given an explanation I understand expect more dittos.

    Yep, an equation.
Watch the clip, then you will understand that mathematics are more than plus, minus, multiplication, division, but applicable in the abstract as well.

    Ummm Ditto

Lets come at this from another angle.

Below is a mathematical formula (fake).

Since dumb ass me can't see mathmatics within the text you post are you able to convert my fake formula into text.

As I don't recall anything a about a clip if it is not to much of a burden could you re post the link.

    Yours in hope

Either your kidding right? or setting me up yes?

"Watch the clip, then you will understand that mathematics are more than plus, minus, multiplication, division, but applicable in the abstract as well".

Above are your words inviting me to watch some clip or other.

I suspect converting text to maths and maths to text and some sort of clip will not appear.

    Yours in every decreasing hope.

In my philosophy faith, and make believe are one in the same.

Sometimes we have no choice but to act without knowledge of the outcome, automatically hoping for the desired outcome. Often times we learn directly from the outcome, that faith is not actually needed for that particular task or event. To summarise we can bypass a lot of messing around by simply being direct.

How did you arrive at that conclusion?

That is an observation some would say is entirely inconsistence with your approach Jan, of course I will resist pointing out the obvious now that I have.
I know Jan you are always direct and avoid messing around.

Because I believe, and I can imagine it.

Can your knowledge of what you would do for loved ones "be established on the basis of evidence alone"? Are you any less certain of what you would be willing to do? Seems some questions attempt to misapply science to things beyond its domain.

Science explains HOW the Universe works

Religion explains WHY the Universe works

Problem is while Science can test, check and refine their ideas and even change their mind as new knowledge becomes available

Religion seems to be stuck with a old book

    Best seller true

    Stuck in the past true

    Updatable? does not appear so

Sorry, I don't get what you're talking about.
Why don't you just say what you mean?

I think the card carrying atheist subconsciously think that science is an atheist contribution.

Nothing subconscious about it - science is formally and explicitly and rigorously atheistic, by conscious decision.
