Yes, amusing if not taken serious, and curious until the realisation that it is really serious for some.
Anyway, we are getting in the way with this 'off topic' post. That is, our two posts here, need to be buried quickly by the cut and paste king.
Next cut and paste job coming up...Enjoy.

LOL! You seriously think you can stop me from posting ghost photos in my own "Ghost Photobombs" thread? If these pics bother you so much, then get lost. Nobody's making you look at them.

Well if this is a ghost, it's a ghost that can be seen by the guests. Three of them have moved aside to make room for her. The others did not.

I also take notice of this suspiciously straight line cutting across three separate people, all with suspiciously straight artifacts for hair lines.

    No, this is totally cool.
This thread is a good primer in critical analysis and critical thought.
Readers will see the accounts, and will improve their skills at asking probing questions like:

"Why does this account not quote the alleged witnesses? Why is the author telling us what he wants us to hear?"

"Why was it mentioned that an officiating body ruled out double exposure, but not any other equally plausible explanation? Was that just not deemed of-interest to the author? Cuz it seems it would be of interest to anyone wishing to consider this critically."

"Why do we care of a 3rd party photographer declared this photo is genuine? Was there any doubt? It's just a photo after all. Doesn't need to be doctored for some shadows to look like a face. That's pretty common really. Heck, there's even one on Mars."

"Why are two different photos subjected to two different tests? Why not subject both photos to the same suite of tests? (Unless perhaps it's because they each failed the other test, but this was not mentioned by the author...)"

And even "Is this the best there is in ghostly accounts?"

LOL! Uh no. No making room for ghosts and no suspicious hairlines. The brunette was simply shifted forward in one photo and leaning back in the other. The blonde is simply leaning foward too and then leaning back in the other. Sitting people do that all the time. Next?

Is this where we all watch in awe while you stroke your own ego about being some super analyst?

Not sure what exactly you're saying no to.
The three people in the middle have incontrovertibly moved enough that there is room for another person.
The straight line across three foreheads is certainly noticeable and unlikely.

I'm not calling hoax or anything; all I'm doing is pointing out some interesting artifacts. You don't have a problem with that, do you?

Why are you feeling threatened such that you need to attack my ego?
This is a discussion thread you know.

I'm not the one threatened at all here. The photos are pretty convincing to me. That's why I picked them.

And yet, you felt the need to make a personal attack in an otherwise impersonal discussion. The lady doth protest too much indeed...

And there's nothing wrong with that. I never criticized your assertion that they're convincing to you.

    OK, I did once.

Dave's analysis is far superior to your unquestioning, wide-eyed naive acceptance of this nonsense.

There's nothing photographically remarkable in any of the images you have posted, Magical Realist.

I suspect there at least a few million people on the internet who would disagree with that. Do you ever wonder what makes you such an oddball?

Hey MR completely off topic but I just had to tell you last night my friend from child hood who I absolutely trust confided an experience with a ufo 100 feet from where he stood. He believes 100%.

Disk like with windows all round through which he saw a being that looked like it had the headof a chook or rooster. He believes that he saw it.
