Maybe where we really need to build a wall is along the Mason Dixon line. I think all of us of both political persuasions could get behind that, particularly if the red states can be made to pay for it, so much the better. Because it all was their idea, of course. I'm just facilitating it.

I'd be willing to move North of it, whereever the line is drawn. To heck with rural PA.

Many people are strongly stuck in ther tendency toward dog-eat-dog an thank that they have pulled therself up by ther own boot straps which can lead to less empathy for those who didnt overcome life's difficulties... eg... i made it... which proves that you coud have also... which makes me superior so screw those who are beneath me.!!!

    Concluson:::

Genetics is involved but lack of empathy is mostly due to ignorance.!!!

Leftism prompts people to react emotionally, regardless of the consequences. It plays on emotional appeal to manipulate the weak minded.

And...who's been actually rioting and literally torching towns? The left. So this reply is nothing but guilt-driven projection. Sad lack of self-awareness really.

And who's been blowing up abortion clinics and murdering doctors? The right.

So be careful you don't fall off that high horse.

The only even ostensibly "left" rioting I know of has been on and around a couple of college campuses. Students have time to do stuff like that.

People with jobs don't usually riot. But the Republican ones do primarily react emotionally, and exhibit the easily manipulated nature of the weak Republican mind whenever they get near a microphone or camera - or voting booth.

And it's kind of humorous to have Trump voters accuse other people of emotional and weak-minded reactions. Remember when Obama got elected and Walmart ran out of ammunition? And those panic-stricken idiots were grown men, not California college students.

    Hah..

Not to mention the lunacy that surrounded "Operation Jade Helm" where right wing nutbags thought Obama and the UN was about to take over the US from a Walmart carpark in Texas... And how many Republicans responded to it, including the Texas Governor, who assured his voters in the State that he had instructed the National Guard to monitor the military.. you know, just to make sure...

And then the FEMA camp crowd..

Could laugh for days just reading it all again..

In another thread on profanity, iceaura has already pointed out that profanity has an analgesic effect. I suggest the best thing to do, since evidently we won't have medical care, is to curse and swear at each other more often. It's a pre-existing condition for some folks, like Ted Nugent.

Hey Ted, did you ever get treatment for that cat scratch fever? Why not? I think it went to his brain, poor chappie. Too late for Obamacare to save him.

Trumpcare, on the other hand, evidently gives free malpractice insurance and med student scholarships to doctors who will carry guns in their med kits and use them as medical euthanizing instruments. Not content with just killing Obamacare, I suppose.

    Let's compare, shall we?
In the United States, violence directed towards abortion providers has killed at least eleven people, including four doctors, two clinic employees, a security guard, a police officer, two people (unclear of their connection), and a clinic escort; Seven murders occurred in the 1990s.

Now what are the ultimate repercussions of all the liberal riots?
As the anti-Trump protests around the country rage on, they have now claimed their first life as the father of a 4-year-old girl died in an ambulance on the way to the hospital last night. The man apparently died after his ambulance was prevented from reaching a hospital by protesters who decided they would prefer to block off a highway.

According to new preliminary data released by the FBI on Monday, the number of law enforcement officers killed in the line of duty in 2014 nearly doubled to 51 from 27 the previous year.

Aside from the simple fact that he said "mob as they torch the town".

So you are comparing premeditated murder to causing traffic delays?

You are the perfect Trump supporter.

Are you really so intellectually dishonest that you leave the part out that doesn't let you make this flaccid quip?
Here's more from that same story:
One particularly shocking case was the Dec. 20 assassination of two NYPD police officers as they sat in their patrol car in Brooklyn. Their killer, Ismaaiyl Brinsley, who had posted threats online about killing police officers, killed himself on a nearby subway platform as police closed in on him moments later.
“No warning, no provocation — they were quite simply assassinated, targeted for their uniform,” an angry NYPD Police Commissioner William Bratton said at the time.
Although official 2015 numbers are not yet available, the current year has seen a spate of high-profile police killings, including last week's murders of two police officers during a traffic stop in Hattiesburg, Miss., and the shooting of an NYPD officer in Queens, N.Y. on April 22.

Many of those were premeditated (with social media evidence) and a few ambush executions.
Only simple-minded bigots who are too intellectually dishonest to refute facts instead of smear people think I'm a Trump supporter.

    Black people are "left"?
I remember thousands of weak-minded folk who believed that, and fifty other ghost stories, and completely lost their shit. Third graders handle fire drills with more dignity and common sense.

Republicans panic at their own shadows - and once panicked, they'll do any childish, foul, stupid thing you can imagine. I've seen them invade Iraq, kill hundreds of thousands of people, lay waste to entire cities and landscapes, because of a ghost story about Muslims. That's not a joke - they actually did that.

No Democratic presidential nominee has received less than 82 percent of the black vote since Kennedy’s 68 percent in 1960. And in the past 80 years, no Republican presidential nominee has done better than Eisenhower’s 39 percent in his 1956 reelection bid.

You know aside from the fact that BLM is supported almost exclusively by the left.
    Islamist denier.

I have seen quite a bit of support for BLM from black communities, which are not particularly "left".
So you were one of the suckers who bought into the Iraq War panic-mongering? Embarrassing, isn't it.
And most of that crowd is still not strong-minded enough to face what they fell for. This creates a hazard for the rest of us - it's only going to fade a bit, the humiliation is never going to go away, and humiliated Republicans are dangerous.

Syne gets caught saying something asinine, so he resorts to personal attacks, trying to distract from his idiotic claim.

Does that ever work for you?

    Uh huh..

Right wing terrorist attacks pre 2001 in the US:

During the 1980s, more than 75 right-wing extremists were prosecuted in the United States for acts of terrorism, carrying out six attacks.[29] In 1983, Gordon Kahl, a Posse Comitatus activist, killed two federal marshals and was later killed by police. Also that year, the white nationalist revolutionary group The Order (also known as the Brüder Schweigen or Silent Brotherhood) robbed banks and armored cars, as well as a sex shop,[30] bombed a theater and a synagogue and murdered radio talk show host Alan Berg.[31][32]

The April 19, 1995 attack on the Murrah federal building in Oklahoma by Timothy McVeigh and Terry Nichols killed 168 people and was the deadliest act of domestic terrorism in the history of the United States.[33] McVeigh stated that it was retaliation for the government's actions at Ruby Ridge and Waco.[34] McVeigh attended Michigan Militia gun shows.[35][36]

Eric Rudolph executed a series of terrorist attacks between 1996 and 1998. He carried out the 1996 Centennial Olympic Park bombing—which claimed two lives and injured 111—aiming to cancel the games, claiming they promoted global socialism.[37] Rudolph confessed to bombing an abortion clinic in Sandy Springs, an Atlanta suburb, on January 16, 1997, the Otherside Lounge, an Atlanta lesbian bar, on February 21, 1997, injuring five and an abortion clinic in Birmingham, Alabama on January 29, 1998, killing Birmingham police officer and part-time clinic security guard Robert Sanderson and critically injuring nurse Emily Lyons.

Right wing terrorist attacks post 2001 in the US:

New America's tally shows 18 instances of right-wing terrorist attacks causing fatalities since September 11, 2001. These were the 2015 Colorado Springs Planned Parenthood shooting (3 killed), the 2015 Charleston church shooting (9 killed), the 2014 ambush attack on Las Vegas police officers (5 killed), the 2014 Overland Park Jewish Community Center shooting in Kansas (3 killed), the 2014 Pennsylvania State Police barracks attack in Blooming Grove, Pennsylvania (1 killed), a 2012 tri-state killing spree by white supremacists, David Pedersen and Holly Grigsby (4 killed), a 2012 ambush of St. John the Baptist Parish, Louisiana police (2 killed), the 2012 Wisconsin Sikh temple shooting (6 killed), the 2011 FEAR group attacks (3 killed); a murder in 2010 in Carlisle, Pennsylvania (1 killed), a 2010 suicide attack by airplane in Austin, Texas (1 killed), the 2009 shooting of Pittsburgh police officers (3 killed); the 2009 United States Holocaust Memorial Museum shooting (1 killed), the 2009 assassination of George Tiller (1 killed), the 2009 murders of Raul and Brisenia Flores in Pima County, Arizona (2 killed), the 2009 murders in Brockton, Massachusetts (2 killed), the 2008 Knoxville Unitarian Universalist church shooting (2 killed), and the 2004 bank robbery in Tulsa, Oklahoma.

And that does not even count the mass murders, such as the South Carolina church massacre, committed by a right wing supporter.

Nope. He said that some loopholes that currently exist should be rectified to keep guns out of the hands of criminals and children. The NRA took that and ran with it and sucked people in.

Notice how almost all the attacks in this long post-2001 list are "shootings". Obviously, many of them could have been avoided if only more people had guns.

    You know it makes sense.
