Hello everybody! We want to harmonize our bodies with our husband. But we have a dispute with him. What is better than a crossfit or a gym? It seems to me a crossfit. Who thinks anything about this?

They may well be, but yoga is not aerobic, so telemere length, vital capacity, good vs. bad cholesterol and atherosclerosis come into play.
It depends , if your husband like bones so do exercise and stay skinny, you have to ask him ,remember dogs like bones.
What does it mean to "harmonize your body with your husband???" Or is this just something that people my age (73) don't worry about?
Ha! You read my mind. I haven't read the article yet, but does Trump actually use the word "battery" in describing his views on human vitality?
Did you take that astounding hypothesis to an actual scientist for verification? It doesn't take much time or energy to study the large segment of the U.S. population who seem to think that physical activity is toxic. A lot of them are now in their 70s, like me. The difference is that I go to the gym three or four times a week, while they sit in front of the TV 24/7. Anyone with reasonable eyesight can see how different we are.
there is some truth to this but not for this reason. too much exercise is not good for you or for longevity just as too little. and there are people who are unknowingly aging themselves by overt strenuous exercise as well as too lengthy. moderation, like most everything in life, is what is best for good health.
He was paraphrasing Trump. Trump apparently believes that the human body is like a battery, with limited stores, and he is apparently--and not surprisingly--unfamiliar with alternators and rechargeability.
