I disagree. You don't answer things. That's how you defend a worldview that is basically indefensible.

But, how is it that I have no perception of god at all? I have stated that once in a while, under certain mental states, I have perceived hallucinations of god-like beings. I don't believe they are real, because there is no connection between those perceptions and reality, apart from the reality that I would already be aware of as the source of those hallucinations. How do you know that you aren't hallucinating?

Until someone demonstrates that their perception of god is real, I have no reason to believe it.

I believe that someone who makes an assertion on this forum should have evidence to support it. But in general, people believe things for many reasons, some of them bad.
