If the speed limit is 110 km/h, then why buy a Ferrari?
Can you drive at 280 km/h?

To show off how much money you've got, mostly. Why else?

I told you, at the track. People take their every day cars to the racetrack on weekends, and race all out. It looks like a fun, if expensive, hobby. I have friends who do it. I know someone who bought an old Lambo and traded it years later for a much more expensive brand new Ferrari. So it can be an investment. Normal cars don't tend to increase in value.

1] One does not have to speed to get the benefits of a high performance car. Acceleration and cornering have their joys.
2] One can speed on open country roads - if one is lucky.
3] The autobahn is just a couple of hours away.

    Why buy an Aston Martin?
    110km/h is like a turtle's speed.
Should be no speed limit as Germany.

Sure , but in Germany you need a licence to drive at very high speeds and can only do so at particular times of the day .

The faster I go the bigger the smile on my face !!!!!

And anyway the British love driving .
