    Very good question

    Never seen such a symbol

Time to call in Tom Hanks symbologist Robert Langdon

    My thoughts

No multistorey car parking (which really doesn't make sense because the shopper is at the door so they should know that already)

Or this is not a multistorey shopping centre (again if the shopper doesn't know on arrival they would quickly find out on arrival)

DMOE has the most correct answer. (We'll never really know.)

This symbol has text that translates as 'do not obstruct'.

Presumably, what they mean is: no deliveries.
