What percentage of Donald Trump's personality effects the United States government. Let's start with Defense, probably move to Economy, and so on.

Trump is a pathological narcissist. In Trump's mind everything revolves around Trump. Trump has no moral backbone. This story is all about Trump whether we are talking about defense, education, or anything else. It's all about "The Donald". Everyone is a bit actor in Trump's play. And that makes "The Donald" a very dangerous man. Hitler, Stalin, Mao, Mussolini, Nero, Napoleon, Caligula were all pathological narcissists.

I find it peculiar that someone would diagnose someone else without having interviewed the "patient".

Out of necessity in this case.

You don't need to interview someone to know they are crazy. You don't need to interview people to know the are liars. You don't need to interview people to know they are narcissists.

for the idle gossip of the news and layman?
    or
    for the educated psychology professional?

Just because you think that you know something, does not mean that you actually do know that something(in context).

More for the people of the US who wish to know whether the president (who could order a nuclear strike on a whim) is of sound mind. It is a not-unreasonable question to ask.

“No one is born hating another person because of the color of his skin, or his background, or his religion. People must learn to hate, and if they can learn to hate, they can be taught to love, for love comes more naturally to the human heart than its opposite.”
    from: Nelson Rolihlahla Mandela

    [emphasis mine]

    Lets work on that
    shall we?

That would be great. In the meantime, it would be good to know if the president of the United States has serious mental disorders.

People with serious mental disorders are often loved by their family and friends - but they also have to take the person's illness into account when dealing with them.

I don't think anyone regards Trump's personality as dominated by hatred for others due to their religion, background, or skin color. That doesn't seem to be the major factor with him.

I have come across the analysis that he came from a criminal family that was never accepted by the really wealthy families where he grew up

I am comfortable with that . It chimes horribly

They got NK to give it a thought for a minute, so give credit where it is due, because that was an important event. Racism: True our government has a white leaning, but on the other hand, some white men are known to be crazy smart. If you think you can do their jobs in this nation, and around the world give it a try. Give credit. It's part of who we are. The family who plays together stays together. Don't drop the hammer: Build a house.

Not the point, anyone can be smart. Lack of diversity means they don't represent our diverse nation.

So are some blacks, and some Indians, and some Asians.
Well, that's the problem, isn't it? For a long time they were barred from "giving it a try." It is getting better now, but there are still barriers to blacks being able to contribute even if they have the talent and drive to do so.
And let anyone help, no matter what color they are.

    - they = White people? don't -represent 'our diverse nation.' Wow, haven't heard that before. So, deport -them- to Europe and Scandinavia, because they - don't represent - or should not be allowed to take part in "our diverse nation?" Yeah ................. No. That rhetoric is so twisted I can't begin to untangle it. To do that in one simple sentence is a feat that few people accomplish.
