Unfortunately, most will not, as long as they believe without proof & feel compelled to compel their children to believe it without proof.

    True

abrahamic gods , is a ancient understanding . And is throughly misunderstood .

But a god or source , I perfer source . Is quite clear to me .

god is not an object but a pervading intellegence which is in all things .

maybe there is a god or at least a demigod of some sort. it's peculiar that many who believe in a fundamental god tend to be the nastiest, most corrupt, devious, immoral and exceptionally base. they also seem to be very comfortable and have an obnoxious sense of protection and power they abuse with impunity as if they know they the unseen powers that be are on their side.

i've had examples of people like that in my life experience and it's creepy what they seem to know and embody and even worse, what protects them and gives them power to do as they please.

You are saying a mouthful, on how bad we are . I know my father helped people even putting its family in danger during the war ll, he give the needy , I follow to someway his steps . I know there some people take advantage of charitable people . I am sort curious of your experience , I wonder how old you are , the indication is a long experience in life.

I believe God is responsible for the creation of all possible good, and also, therefore, all evil. However with the act of "evil" comes also the possibility of it's reversal.

Hence evil is neccessary in the world.

Good and evil are value judgements hence not ABSOLUTE
They sit a arbitrary distance apart (which can be increased or decreased by arbitrary degrees) by others or even the person who set the original scale

My imagination as to the various values look like this ball (maybe with a few more bumps). Give 100 people a ball and ask each to label every bump with a good number or bad number
It would be extremely rare if two balls were the same
Even rarer if bumps given same good bad values

Not sure you can undo bad evil deeds, or good deeds, making them reversible unless you have a time machine and that is not going to happen

I believe the evil comes from " I want ". I need is biological and it can be satisfied by nature's abundance. I want is emotional.

Do you, Tim, "need" access to the internet? Is it provided by nature's abundance?

I don't think your definition holds up.

Desire is, I've been told, the cause of pain and suffering. As for God being an impossible object, I don't know. Maybe it is beyond our comprehension and can't be captured by our narrow perception. I think of the ants on the pavement, oblivious to my presence. They simply do their thing. If I place my foot in their path, they walk over it and move forward.

Actually morality is absolute! Murder is wrong because the victim cannot reflect the crime. ☺

So, a lion is wrong to kill a gazelle because the gazelle cannot kill the lion back?
    How ... subjective.

Murder is unlawful or unjustified killing. Saying murder is wrong is redundant.

You wouldn't murder someone performing a horrifically bad deed? You would I guess you would be relying on this type of definition

Murder is the unlawful killing of another human without justification or valid excuse, especially the unlawful killing of another human being with malice aforethought. This state of mind may, depending upon the jurisdiction, distinguish murder from other forms of unlawful homicide, such as manslaughter

    Google

Actually by defining murder would indicate morality is absolute is totally incorrect. Simple change of definition which changes the law and bingo murder could become all the rage

We use current definitions to say anything. If we depend on the possibility of definitions changing then nothing is true or valid.

If I happen upon a rape & the only or best way to stop it is to kill the rapist, it is not murder. Same with a child abduction & many other crimes.
No so with some crimes tho, such as petty theft.
