    Not even close.
(And if it were, then you would merely have said 'I believe in time.')

What would be causal to the emerge of time in such a state. There has to be a chronological change for time to become countable.
An infinite singular eternity is by definition timeless or meaningless as a relative temporal measureable passage of time.

If it is being observed, then the length of midnight is equal to some quantity described in terms of the measurement used to observe it, and it is blue.

There is no thickness to midnight
    Nothing to measure
Yesterday butts up to today (only on a clock face or a simulation of such)
There is no stop yesterday start today
Now exist (only now) with no artificial demarcation between yesterday and today
    Nothing between them
Indeed nothing exist between any of the arbitrary measurements marked out with arbitrary units on a clock

    ONLY NOW EXIST

There I said it. But I will say I haven't done it for some time because I am still working and collecting ideas to support the proposition time does not exist

I don't know if this will be of any comfort, but you'll probably get my support on that proposition. ...

In military time it goes from 2359 to 0000. There is no 2400. (Unless they changed that too!)

Ethics are agreements between people. I won't shoot you if you don't shoot me. OK. Words have meanings that are defined by people. Buy a dictionary. Take a physics 101 course. Still, my theory of universe is that historically the church has held: Universe = eternity, infinity, and existence. My organism is not directed toward that knowledge. Instead it is directed to it's biological imperatives, and recognizes conservation. The only thing our organisms are concerned with are survival and procreation. Our organisms use our brains (mind is a product) towards that purpose, and that purpose only. Everything else is fantasy.

And our survival is based on knowledge .

Without knowledge we are no better than simple dinosours .

Tell the scientist that use it routinely.

I tell anyone & everyone, you cannot count or measure 24 of anything without the number 24.
You cannot measure 12 inches without the number 12.
No competent carpenter measuring a series of 1 foot segments, measures the 1st 12 inches & ends with 0 then starts the next 12 inches. They end the 1st 12 inches with 12 then the next with 12 and so on. No 1 doing inventory counts out 100 widgets & ends with 0 before counting widgets in the next bin. No 1 organizing documents in stacks of 30 each counts out 30 yet ends with 0 before counting out the next stack. No 1 counting money ends with 0 before starting the next fistful of dollars.
Measuring time or anything else is the same.

Only in accounting with double entry ledgers, when both sides equal and the difference is zero, is the accountant a happy guy...

Perhaps you mean, that you start the count at 00.00 hrs, but I don't believe one would say we meet at 00.00 hr, but we meet again at 24:00 hrs. IOW 24:00 = 00:00

Of course all timed events start at 00:00, regardless of time of day.

The end of the 1st minute is 00:01, end of the 2nd minute is 00:02. The end of the 1st hour is 01:00, end of the 11th hour is 11:00 & end of the 23rd hour is 23:00.
Then the end of the 24th hour is 24:00. Anything else is absurd.

I had to put a like on that despite the last sentence.

Years ago I told someone they were being silly for saying that & received an infarction.

If time did not exist, there would be no cause&effect & nothing could be predicted.

The US military gets around that by simply saying "meet at midnight". They aren't outsmarted by semantics. The digital form is for logbooks and records.

And for those upset about not having a "2400", consider a circle. 23:59:59 is followed by 00:00:00. A new day and the clock is reset.

Not true. I only had a half hour for lunch the other day. My timed lunch started at 0:30:00 and my alarm went off at 0:00:00.
