Well I read up on Rich.
    A great man.
Seems he was a Christian so his credibility is suspect on that count...for me.
However the man seemed competent from the little that I have read.
He died of cancer that may explain him making extraordinary claims.
Maybe someone will come forward with more on the man but I have to say I am still sceptical.

    As to anti gravity ...
Is there anyone who knows how gravity works?
I know the GR model is about space bending but if there is some mechanical process, for want of a better term, say some sort of particle flow and your anti gravity device was to manage that flow you would need enormous amounts of energy one would think...
Anyways if it is claimed then those who claim it show me one...no different to God..talk all you like but until I see one it does not exist...what other way can you proceed?

The first "UFO" sightings were in 1947. Since then, over seventy years now, there has been no credible evidence produced to support little green men running around Earth. I'm sure comic book fans will disagree, but that's only relevant in places like this.

    http://www.foxnews.com/science/2018...-leaders-to-take-threat-aliens-seriously.html

"Commander Fravor, 53, was flying one of two fighter jets on a routine training mission about 100 miles into the Pacific ocean off San Diego when they were diverted to check out an aircraft spotted on radar from their navy cruiser the USS Princeton.

The operations operator said they had been tracking up to a dozen mystery aircraft over two weeks but hadn't had manned planes deployed when they showed up.

The object first appeared at 80,000 ft, then hurtled towards the sea, stopping at 20,000 feet and hovering before dropping out of radar.

When Commander Fravor arrived he saw a white aircraft hovering 50 feet above a disturbance in the ocean.

He said: “It was just moving randomly around - this 40 foot long white tic tac looking thing, with no wings.

“It was a clear day with a blue background and it was perfectly white. We didn't see any windows, no form of propulsion, nothing, just a big white object.

"It was rounded on both ends and had a cylindrical body which rounded in, same front to back.

“I couldn't tell what it was made of, it was bright white but it wasn't reflecting a bunch of light."

Fravor flew towards it and the aircraft began ascending towards him, passing him at about 12,000 ft. He thinks he got within half a mile of it.

He said: “I literally chased the thing and it started to mirror us, it was like it became aware we were there. I cut across to see if I could get closer and it rapidly accelerated and disappeared. Within a matter of a second it was gone.”

Asked what was going through his mind, he said: "I was thinking 'That's pretty strange'. In 16 years of flying I had never seen anything like that. Nothing that can hover and climb at that rate up and then accelerate and just disappear."

It's expected that any interstellar explorers would be post-biological von Neumann machines. No occupants unless they were digital organisms or virtual descendants of the original sapient life-form on a planet. But if these picotechnological beings of "black monolith" fame were really the case, what would be amazing is their level of morality -- that they'd literally be trying to avoid contact and leave encountered species and civilizations uncontaminated. It would almost make it look like higher ethical properties (or adhering to them reliably) actually did universally accompany intelligence when the latter finally reaches a certain plateau.

OTOH, it may be nothing more than the sheer indifference of engineered gods to arbitrary mortals. Where nomadic space wildlife is just stopping briefly to take geological notes about Earth and couldn't care fecally to begin with about the uninteresting scum of non-artificial origin that has arisen on its surface, clobbering it up with shells and pollution.

Presumably by those who do not herd goats and live in grottos. Or those who laugh when they see buttons being pressed and knobs being turned by unmodified bodies on Star Trek. (Really even a transhuman crew would still be hilarious. Just any crew at all).

There cant be too much to look into if they only have a budget of $22,000,000.
Personally I think it is scandolous that any money at all is wasted on such nonsense.
You could buy at least a few homes for homeless people.
    Who got the money?
Sounds like a scam to me.

Its a wonder someone has not built a ufo museum...or have they?
    I should look.
There would be plenty of fools who would pay admission.
Actually one should do the numbers as you really could make some cash if you did it the right way.
    MR what do you think?
