I don't really know were to put this but chemistry is the nexus.

I like beer and wine (and

). I want to home brew chocolate stout (antioxidant). Ferment wine from berries like blueberries, raspberries, strawberries and blackberries (antioxidant plus other beneficial brain molecules). Also, would like to have vitamin B1 replenishment but whatever.

And it gets sounding sillier as I would like to experiment with say walnuts, pecans, almonds and cashews. Like, if I brew whole grain can I end up with a fill amino acid in a beer?

There must be a way to test for antioxidant level in alcohol but am left in the dark about the other chemicals that would be involved and how they would be affected in the process.

Oh, and if weren't for home beer/wine making equipment on the market already to make it so the hard part would be only really on the measurements I wouldn't think it would be worth the effort.

Looking at my desired ingredients and some of the (desired) effects makes me wonder as to how the fudge people came up with the cocktail ingredients for drugs like meth and krokodil! Was it done with lab mice, torture, experimeretardation? I'd sooner kiss a frog cause at least it's organic.

    [EDIT]

I could go and try and catalogue a layman's internet education with:

Because they contain such a high amount of phenols, particularly gallic acid, blueberries are known as “neuroprotective agents.” According to researchers from Iran, this means that they can literally protect our brains from degeneration, neurotoxicity and oxidative stress. Consuming just one cup daily provides the following: (Source)

    And so on...

Since the byproducts of alcohol cause cancer, I'm not sure that adding anti-oxidants is a worthwhile endeavor.

And hey, gallic acid 3 in beer may help prevent colon cancer http://pubs.acs.org/doi/abs/10.1021/jf9040172

    So, imagine blueberries in wine?

[EDIT] And we can see a possible way to measure it:

They laughed at me at the beer advocate forums; I'll laugh standing over their graves!

I've had wine made from blueberries. Peaches and strawberries too.

Anyway, I'll post this: https://www.craftbeer.com/craft-beer-muses/craft-brewers-gone-nuts and then shut up as I run the risk of talking to myself. Even though the body produces protein itself, complimenting the intake of incomplete proteins, it seems optimistic for one to make a brew containing a full amino acid.

And feeling shunned by the online home brew community, I shan't share any breakthroughs I muster. Except marijuana double chocolate stout with friends on movie night.
