So you discover you are the child of God. How might that affect your ego? How might you look at the world? What might you do about it?

Meet the Buddha on the road.

    Polish the mirror.

A red rose absorbs all colors but red.

I think that, according to St. Paul, and St.John's Gospel, that applies to all believers, not just to Jesus.

I'm more curious how you might proceed once you discovered you were the child of God. I know what Jesus did.

I think that, according to St. Paul, and St.John's Gospel, that applies to all believers, not just to Jesus.

But according to Christian doctrine, Jesus was God himself, not just a child of God. So that is rather different. He was born as a child to fulfil a mission to mankind.

For Christian believers, being children of God is supposed to provide reassurance plus conferring certain obligations, regarding religious practice and general conduct.

Beer, can you force yourself to love another? Just a question.

No, is it possible to force yourself to love some one. As an example, I love some one. I didn't force it on myself. I simply love them.

    You're getting way too personal.

If the persons on crack, call the police.

Should I be ashamed that I love someone, even though it wasn't forced love?

Love is not a mathematical science!

No one can give you the answers.
