    None, apart from purity I suppose. Ethylene glycol (antifreeze) is poisonous. I don't know whether traces of this can be found in some grades of propylene glycol but if so that might explain the "food grade" issue.

    (The "mono" is simply to avoid confusion with polyethylene glycol, which is a polymer formed from propylene glycol monomer units, linked by C-O-C bridges - a polyether, in fact.

    They link in the OP (if it worked) was a hook up for controlling fermentation temperatures for beer; a step up from a water pump. I was wondering why you only have water cooled computers on the market then...

    There definitely looks like there would be a difference from enlarging the label on the link... Between it and antifreeze.
