6 years of silence of the industry because the government, pharmaceutical industry, and collegiate research on the take. People are seriously suffering from vitamin D3 deficiency and insidious oxalic acid poisoning cause numerous diseases throughout the body. Diseases clearly number into the 100's from diabetes, fibromyalgia, neuronal diseases, autoimmune diseases, etc.
Jesus healed people with Light and the Holy Spirit!!!!
He healed Lazarus from the death of a diabetic coma!
Light makes vitamin D3, chromium is comet material and a bit of the Holy Spirit when applied with Faith!!!
    Vitamin D3,A + porphyrin + chromium ==>oxalic acid reductase

oxalic acid is methylated to become lactic acid then it is made into pyruvate.

YEAH LETS PREY ON HUMAN SUFFERING IT IS CASH CROP!!!!!!!!!!

People stay in the dark and get sick!!!!

While I'll agree about the D3 deficiency becoming ever more of a problem, between the increased use of sunscreen (blocking UV, which prevents synthesis via sunlight), decrease in food sources (we've been warning people away from the animal sources for years, due to their high fat content... which is wrong but is another discussion, plus eggs and dairy), etc...

The rest of your post is... well, nonsensical.

Just go out and buy a bottle of Vit D3 - I got a bottle of like, 2,000 gel caps of D3 in the cholecalciferol form, 3,000iu dose, for something like 10 bucks. I take two per day (one with breakfast, one with dinner) and it has made a significant difference in how I feel... given that I work two indoor jobs and rarely have time to go outside when it's sunny, it isn't very surprising.

the 72 pound dog is healing from a bone surgery
she needs to grow bone to heal

D helps the body use calcium to build bone
She cannot get D from sunshine
Egg yolks are rich in D
    and
    I have chickens
    ...................
    ok now the question
How many egg yolks per day would be optimum for her healing?

So, at 4.5 to 9.1 IU per lb, for a 72 lb dog, you are looking at 324 to 655 IU - midline would be 6.3 iu per pound, so call it 450 IU.

    https://www.vitamindcouncil.org/eggs-with-or-without-vitamin-d/
So, to get 450 IU from eggs, puppers would need to eat 450/50 = 9 eggs a day.

Now, that's assuming no other sources. Many dog foods are fortified with Vitamin D in various forms - unfortunately, most do not give levels and the like.

Dogs also produce some Vitamin D in the oils on their fur, which they then ingest when grooming themselves.

Overall, adding two or three eggs a day would be a good supplement. You want to feed the whole egg, shell and all, and watch for any potential digestive upset (some dogs have issues with the enzyme inhibitors in the whites of the eggs, but the whites contain a lot of other beneficial minerals and generally should only be a problem in huge excess).

Alternatively, adding some salmon makes for a nice treat (though expensive hah)

i spent some time looking into lactic acid.
    from a oral nutritional perspective.
    vitamin B
    etc...
i think there is definitely somthing to be had about the foods which cause lactic acid build up.
though there seems to be only scant reference to it.

my suspiscion is a generaly toxic shock to the muscles from lactic acid build up from certain foods being eaten too much.
the lactic acid then converts into a neural toxin.
the neural toxin acts over the entire body to reduce muscle function.
the amounts of trace amounts caused by over eating of certain food types, creating a build up of lactic acid which decreases a certain vitamin which then allows the conversion to a higher toxicity neural toxin in trace amounts widely spread as a proces of excreation & minute conversion.
a very healthy person or athlete would feel the difference, the average person would think they just have a bit of a hangover.
i am waiting for science to catch up to see where it goes.
