Why the bump? What else is there to talk about? This a rather bizarre and extremely rare illness. Is there something else you think needs to be discussed?

    Exploding thymus glands?

    Spontaneous combustion?

    Disappearing people?

Only Cambridge University Hospital doesn't have a department of Clinical Immunology. There is something called the Cambridge Immunology Network there but there is no Dr. Kumaratne, he or she. I see a few google hits for the name, but not many. There are a few publications for which this person was supposedly a co-author, but the trail sort of goes dry after that. Suspiciously so.
