Seems that pain and pleasure produce closely related chemical experiences.

Is there a difference between "consciousness" and "awareness"?
    Between "sensitive" and "pain" (pleasure)?

At what point do all unconscious sensory electro-chemical processes combine to form a conscious experiential awareness of self and environment?
