I suspect the Constitutional crisis has been averted for now. It is going to be one very mean election cycle.

It has been either won - by the Republicans - or still on the table.

A respectable sportswriter - not a political journalist - has written a book about Trump's cheating at golf.
Seriously: Trump cheats so radically and flagrantly and offensively and in so many different ways that there's an entire book in it.

IMO, Trump is a typical example of a psychopath. The concept of acting honorably towards others is alien to his mind. There is only "winning" at all costs.

See thread; "What is your definition of evil" for the distinctive properties of Psychopaths.

True. He very much exhibits the hallmark traits of a psychopath - lacks empathy for others, doesn't seem to have a well formed conscience, deeply insecure, and believes he is untouchable. His views of women also stem from psychopathy/misogyny. Psychopaths are known for over compensating their insecurities through arrogance and deception.

IMO, his psychosis leans in the direction of a God complex.

Wow I'm glad you all aren't psychologists.

Psychopaths kill people and take joy in doing so.

But keep trying to define things. I find it "hilaryious. "

Still haven't cracked that dictionary, apparently.
Recommended: The American Heritage Third - you need usage advice.
'Modern American Usage', by Garner, would also help.

    If I may add another form of psychopathic Narcissism;
How many of these definitions apply?

And in an interesting contrast, the Mueller investigation hasn't cost the taxpayers a lot of money at all. Let alone the 35,000,000 dollars Trump claims.
    Fact,
The fine of $25,000,000 on Paul Manafort alone paid for most if not all of the money spent in the Mueller investigation.

At this point the Constitutional crisis has moved more to Congress trying to ignore the 4th amendment which does supercede Article 1.

Nobody said you couldn't stab your own baby while in the womb... Except mental institutions. Fall down the stairs on purpose. Have unprotected sex and expect the government to pick up the tab on whatever disease you get. Or feel like you may have gotten.

I can seize your self determination just by arguing. No law can or needs to be formed to take that away from someone, its just how far someone will go to pick themselves up.

No evidence of that. You don't argue.
The Republicans did - still do.

It's all about the woman deciding for herself, in the Republican mind. Getting away with something, getting something for nothing, while the man has to pick up the tab.

They are not ok - fascist movements don't run on sanity and adult judgment.

Look at the OP of the "empathy" thread - no Democratic constituency, however empathetic, would vote that into the presidency. The Republican voting base just did.

The house and Senate are supposed to write laws!

    Not make their own courts!

They are Constitutionally obligated to oversee and evaluate the performance of the members of the other branches, and if necessary impeach them.
They took an oath of office to perform that duty.
