What they should be saying IMO is that:
"Due to Trumps bullish failure at diplomacy and massive failure as a negotiator the USA and it's allies are about to pay a heavy price by having to spend trillions of dollars, and perhaps thousands of USA lives going to an entirely preventable war."

... and never forget how the Russians helped Trump get elected...

Trump doesn't want a war for real because running a war is actual work that might distract from running for president, and he's too lazy and stupid to do it well. We don't even have a head of the Pentagon. He's looking for a way to back down while still looking strong.

You should have voted for Hillary.

Perhaps but have you considered Iran, Russia, China and no doubt now due to Trumps crazy behavior a few more nations may want war with the USA?

There are many indicators suggesting that many nations have little to no trust in USA integrity due to Trumps crazy leadership.

I don't think Iran wants war, but Trump seems to be pushing them into it. Trump did order a strike on Iran as reported this evening, but pulled back. I don't think he realizes what he's getting into.

There is something that is often not realized. the public often erroneously assumes that a Government has full control of it's military. In situations such as Iran, it is highly likely that control of the military by the Nation's leadership is tenuous at best.
The question that the world & USA media needs to ask, "Does the Iranian regime have full control of it's military?"
Is Iran similar to Myanmar ( Burma ), where the military is demonstrably uncontrolled and only slightly influenced by the nations leadership?

I don't believe most People in Iran want a war. As for their nuclear weapons program, there are 13,850 nuclear weapons on the world now, at this point does it matter that Iran might have their own?

So you think it's an important issue? I don't know, hardly worth a war. I mean, pakistan, india and korea?

Aye: There's the rub. There are 2 military entities in Iran.
Iran has a military under control of the government of Iran. This military has never fought on "foreign soil".
    and
The Ayatollah has a military(the @120,000 man revolutionary guard) under his control.
    separate entities

    ............................
    as/re the drone
If another country sent a spy drone over our or your country, would it be wrong of us/you to shoot it down?
    I think not.

It's not worth a war to prevent a nuclear apocalypse? What would be worth a war to you? Why do we increase the military budget every year? Are you disagreeing with Trump?

I agree with Trump that war is a negative for all involved--death and destruction. The truth is, we can be efficient killers when we want to be.

Vague enough to be meaningless. Should we allow Iran to have nukes?

Well, Trump did call back yesterday's attack. I'm certain Hillary would have us carpet bombing the locals by now.

She would not have backed out of the nuclear treaty and resumed sanctions.

The imagined world of what Republican voters are sure would have happened is the only world they know.
And half of it is stuff Hillary Clinton would have done - Clinton the all powerful.
It would be out of character. They haven't, traditionally.
But war has come to them, anyway, and appears to be coming again. They are surrounded by hostile armies, under threat at all times, sanctioned and blockaded, their attempts at making treaties and the like denied, their attempts at securing their borders only partly successful.
