Lower tier students are not told they need grade Cs or above to pass exams

I am so glad I brought this up. I am convinced now that this is a conspiracy. This is good news for everyone because I can stop talking about it so much.

People with lower grades... are people who have grades.
People with higher grades... are people who passed the exams!

This may seem weak but it has far, far reaching consequences. Your definition of 'better' jobs is, I'm guessing, not ones that involve manual labor.

The conspiracy: Nobody told millions of people on purpose that you need Cs or above to pass the exams, so much so they invented lower tier to make sure to minimize their exposure from higher tier students who were told or at least just did well in primary school.

Part two of the conspiracy: Keep making the lower tier believe that higher tier are genetically smarter and have the higher tier assume that lower tier know that they need C grades or higher to pass the exams

Edit:- Final part of the conspiracy: Let people who have grades but unknowingly did not pass exams go to College and University to keep up the lie

There is indeed a conspiracy - no one ever told students that grades matter, and that better grades mean better jobs! Parents are part of this, too. Ever wonder why no parent, ever, has told their child to work hard in school? It's because they are in on it! It's a conspiracy of all the hard working students to keep their cushy jobs by doing nothing more than working hard.

Precisely put! I know you may mean this as a sort of mocking joke but lets think about the parents here. Those parents who did not tell their children to work hard and that some people are just smarter than others... were the students in lower tier from the previous generation!

Well, some people are smarter than others. You just can't tell which ones they are until they do the work.

I firmly believe that if two people are similar age and both don't have any learning difficulties, then they are just as mentally capable as each other. I would say there is research to back this up but there is always research to back up any argument.

Edit:- I suppose 'Is intelligence actually genetic?' is more a debate than a conspiracy topic, with out further scientific advancement

Interesting; Whilst I have been looking into how to launch a possible law suit against the education system (Just coming up with ideas on how to raise awareness) I was trying to think of the verb for 'manipulative redaction' and I came upon a good word for it. When I found this word I also coincidentally found a quote about the education system.

    Stifling
    https://www . thefreedictionary . com/stifling
Inhibiting, stultifying, oroppressive:"The scholarly correctness of our age can be stifling"(Annalyn Swan)

I think that even the higher tier students are missing out and being stifled. Here is a great example of how I think this is happening to them.

This is a headline from a newspaper called the Dailymail
Child genius, 14, becomes one of Britain's youngest university students after picking up four A-levels
    • Brainbox Wajih Ahmed enrolled on economics degree course
    • Already has 15 GCSEs and four A-levels including A* in further maths
    • Plans to go on to do a PhD before becoming an actuary
Many people similar to this person are being allowed to save so much time, simply because we have to accept the narrative that they are (brain washed voice here) "more genetically intelligent than others". I can't help but think that if other people were allowed to study and take their college exams early, some of them would do pretty well. I understand that younger people would then have to wait for the appropriate age to do the job and that on a mass scale it wouldn't be very useful for society and the students involved.

I do understand that I may have hit a brick wall with the genetic interpretation of intelligence, and that's the reason, most likely, not many people have spoken out against this stifling of lower tier students in the first place.

I just really want to help transform this world for the better.
    Edit:- By exposing this conspiracy!

If people have different physical abilities, why wouldn't they have different intellectual abilities too?

Low grades = fancy form that says you attended secondary school
C or above grades = passing exams

I really don't know if I can get this out to the public, the 'intelligence is genetic' argument seems like it will hold down the academic stifling of lower tier students for ever.

Unless I have anything pressing to say, I will stop posting in this thread, thank you for reading

    Hawkl:

Okay, so you've got it off your chest about the grade system and the "conspiracy", and now you know that you need - what - a C or better to have a chance of getting a decent apprenticeship.

The question then becomes: what are you going to do about it?

It takes a certain amount of time and energy to stay angry about your poor grades, and to stay angry at the "system" for screwing you around. You can put your time into whining about how badly done by you are. Most likely that's not going to help you, even if in the longer term it does somehow end up helping other students in the future.

A more productive activity, I suggest, would be to work out what you can do to improve your grades, or else to work out other pathways you can pursue that will lead you towards achieving your career goals in the longer term.

    I'm with sideshowbob on this.

That's like saying that I firmly believe that if two people are similar age and don't have any physical difficulties, then they are both just as capable of becoming Olympic athletes or tennis stars or whatever.

in the 10 years since, have you worked in a job(the same job) for more than a few months ?
what coarses have you done in the last 10 years ?(general names not specific paper names)

what clearly comes out is a behavioural addiction to blaming others while playing dumb and playing the victim.

such behaviour patterns are ingrained over many years and often are attached to specific intellectual dissabilities with associated behavioural & substance addiction issues.
    addictions to abusive relationships
    drugs
addictions toward cycles of violence/violent abusive people
    negative behaviour pattern addictions

like any addiction, you need to "want" to give up

    the apprenticeship is the want
    thats awesome !

question is, will you change your inner processes and behaviours & seek out new ways to find happiness that drives you at the same time ?

part of your problem is you wish to ignore the common sense part of the natural competitive nature of life.

being in the bottom 10% is not helpful
    it doesnt give you choices

if there is a range of things, you need to be in the top half of that range to be able to have choices.

that is the same with any human society anywhere, any religion any culture.

some people are happy just mucking along day in day out never being more than just existing.
thats fine, but you dont get the ability to get the big TV
    choose the apprenticeship you want...
    etc etc...
    better late than never.
it took 10 years for you to realise that.
some people never live long enough
    others never learn

your obvious psychological behavioural issues require professional assistance

it will take you around a year of therapy to start to get a handle on things.

your wholesale moral panic position is just an excuse to blame some one else.
you wish to become a moral champion of the lower intellectual classes ?
    to deliver what ?

what will they understand that you have come to realise ?
if they are too stupid to comprehend what you have just learnt, how are you going to teach them anything ?
you will just be another talking head on TV.

how does that help ? (fooling yourself on that to?)

im guessing you have had kids and have been an unemployed stay at home parent for the last 10 years and now are being pushed out into the work force by social services.
or... you have been in a psychiatric hospital.

either way... you are starting new. keep that in mind

do you want to learn new things ?

There is no laughing emoji????? Ok, this will have to do.

    XD

    XD

    True

They never tell lower tier this on purpose because they want higher tier to have all the money, that is the conspiracy

I'm currently forming a good argument for an upcoming formal debate about weather intelligence is genetic or psychological.

    ok
so your playing the victim card and trying to get if gold plated
    congratulations
how is that going to get you the big Telly ?
will that get you your apprenticeship ?
or just 15 minutes of everyone making you feel important... then your back to where you were before.

    helping ?

playing the hero of the idiots ?

lower class champion intellectual saviour ?

or just looking to try and materialize a good excuse you can use why you dont have to get out and test yourself to learn new things.

or.. the psychopath playing with their sociopath
playing the victim to try and find arguments to defeat in your upcoming psychopathic display of narcissism ?

    Troll answer
you want to talk about being real then you run and hide behind your pretend victim you have created for yourself.

    thats ok

you have a lot of work to do for me to not think your a troll playing a victim to try and find ways to subject others to your debate ideology around class systems of eugenics(be those genetic or cultural).

Finding accusation questions about my personal life, that contribute nothing towards making the world a better place, funny rather than frustrating, is trolling to you? Ok; Thank you for taking an interest though, I look forward to a formal debate.
