I may have to start the formal debate sooner rather than later. I have recently started preferring the conservative party to the labor party.

    lol

you don't have a democracy if people cant choose and electioneer for different political partys.

    im centre left
thats pro democracy pro business and pro working class and pro social services

UK politics is in a shambles with BREXIT

i like borris (dont like the conservative policys would never vote for them.)
LOVE Sadiq Khan, i think he is juggling chainsaws in his job and managing to keep things moving quite well.

if you wish to be honest and up front
you should post your debate ideas and ask for some critiqueing so you can avoid any common mistakes.

You are pro working class and yet you think everyone in lower tier should not be told the truth? In England, lower tier are working class, manual labor jobs.

what you post is that i am not playing the game.

    what is the game ?
    there are several games a-foot
1 the political landscape that decides what type of GCSE system is put in
2 the political class game of which societys should get what level of funding
3 the political game of playing business off against public school systems and social services to try and make profit from social services and public services.
4 the game of the game of trying to tell working class what type of GCSE system is best for them when the intent of the system is to reinforce class systems that deliver tax money into private profit of private schools and private services providers while tilting the market to leverage social class to serve their own machinations of power over owning the public purse strings.
5 machinations of large scale funding movements and trade deals to company's that do work and service for the public service.
6 loony fringe radical groups that want to set up new brown shirt organizations or little rich boys clubs to try and steal public money to fill their bars with.

which game are you playing ?

Lots of 16 year old people in England are getting their exam results today. I still can't quite find a word for what the education system have done to so many people, by choosing not to tell them about what grades they need, to do better in life, how ever, I stumbled upon this.

    EXAMPLES OF MANIPULATIVE BEHAVIOR
Sometimes, people may manipulate others unconsciously, without being fully aware of what they’re doing, while others may actively work on strengthening their manipulation tactics. Some signs of manipulation include:
    • Passive-aggressive behavior
    • Implicit threats
    • Dishonesty
    • Withholding information

(I tried to type a tick here, but nothing worked)
    • Isolating a person from loved ones
    • Gaslighting
    • Verbal abuse
    • Use of sex to achieve goals

Also, to call a study book a revision book, like I said in the past, creates all sorts of problems. Students can get the impression they are only allowed to revise when exams are close approaching on the calendar, and the teachers are telling them to do it, only then will they buy and use revision books. If a student starts a course with a study book, they would have an obvious advantage over their peers who do not start with study books.

Perhaps the renaming of these helpful books is an extension of the manipulation?

It was wrong of me to call this a Conspiracy. I think this whole topic is more suited for 'Ethics, Morality & Justice' considering these are the underhanded methods of how the education system deal with low IQ students.

Edit:- The students that, the teachers assume have a lower IQ than average

Sounds like you're pretty jealous of this guy.

Bad solution - bitch about it on the Internet
Good solution - study and become better than him.

    yes
    well spotted

if it were a Conspiracy, you would need to be able to clearly show the motives purpose, desire and function.

i think the reality is more of a 2 old women arguing over whos got the best biscuits while they hang out the washing shouting over their back fence at each other,
while the kids run off to play in the road with cans of petrol & fire works.

it is much safer if they play in the road, and there is not much you can do about how dangerous life is...
so thats why the school system should not be bothered with as far as trying to make it the best in the world...

The answer to the problem is a political answer
    Just like BREXIT

but it is hard to convince people to change things when they have nothing invested in the outcome that they cant just throw away on a whim and not have it directly effect their day to day life.(they feel they have nothing to lose[nothing to gain by losing it] from spending more time and money on better school systems & a school bully is not going to wait at their front gate and punch them in the face each morning)

    This is called sociology

    note...
i do notice you sound a little like a tory apologist. maybe that is just your ignorance in how the country is run & law & morality... and sociology and social engineering(laws & ethics & social campaigns and compliance frame works).

    Vs

Motivation to learn and motivate ones self to learn ...

i have met and socialised with people whom have learning disabilities who put in 3 times as much effort to learn and have a passion TO learn
however, their academic achievement is only around 30 to 40% of the average student who is putting in only a small amount of effort.

you may be coming to realise the bigger the problem the bigger the stick is not always the better the outcome by hitting things with sticks even when everyone else seems to be saying "hit it with a stick" (BREXIT).

    foot note
i have not corrected my grammar
the tory government has consistently cut funding from disabled children and adults and from learning for the last 5 or more years.

the continuous cuts to elderly pensioners heating money so they will be cold and suffer physical damage in winter is well known.
equally transport costs for disabled children to get to school and doctors etc.

school lunches not cut back on yet ?
    maybe thats next
BREXIT biscuits for the dirty little street beggars(public school children).

so did he vote for BREXIT ?

he got awarded his A Level in economics by those who created BREXIT ? and have degrees in economics ?
    lol

    how much further ?
i thought mathematics was supposed to be precise.
did he get there or not ?
    where is the destination ?

if its a PhD in economics, the world is finished for sure.

i hope he is an atheist and does science
    we dont need more creationists
Global warming wont be solved by preys

he is most likely to be snapped up by a dummy corporation working for McDonalds and Coles who will employ him to use his genius to find ways to convince young familys to continue buying small tiny single use plastic toys for their kids so they can throw them all out in the rubbish every day.

... I only just learnt three days ago that most jobs require 5 higher tier Cs (That's 5 higher tier 4s by today's standard mark scheme in England) or above but don't mention this on application forms, that combined with school not telling me (and the rest of lower tier back in school) that Cs are needed to pass exams has combined together in ruining my life. I have applied for so many jobs not knowing the real reason why I have never been chosen, and the jobs I have got I thought I was over qualified for and had no interest in doing them.

People can surely feel bad about manipulating others even if it's not a conspiracy I should hope.

how many years have you been applying for jobs at this point without knowing ?

am i reading this correct ...
you were not interested in the jobs because you felt you were over qualified, while in reality you were under qualified and had you have known that you were under qualified you would not have felt bad about the job and so stayed in the job ?

I have been looking since 18 and I'm 27 now so I have been applying for 9 years with out knowing

Yes, in reality I am just the kind of person they are looking for having never passed my exams, I felt the job was beneath me as I was working mostly with foreign people who can't speak the native language and my tasks were incredibly simple (The first kind of jobs robots will take over), if I had of known, I would have definitely stayed whilst retaking exams.

Remember, this is what a LOT of people my age who grew up in Foundation Tier in England are going through, and sounds like America to, that's why I'm raising awareness. I discussed this on a 'Student forum' and learnt that Foundation Tier students in this generation are told they need Cs, but are being brain washed into thinking foundation tier Cs are just as good as Higher Tier Cs on CV's. So where as my generation were manipulated this generation are being brain washed.

This whole poor design could be fueling a lot of crime around the West, these people who leave with many G grades and think they have a chance of employment and then get angry when they don't get employment.

Sounds like you ruined your life by doing poorly in school.

harsh, yet rings of half truths
allowing bad grades to ruin your life is the ruining of life via bad grades.
political apologists who seek to blame the system for the ills of the country instead of getting out there and educating themselves on how the society & economy work wish to beat up on the education system to try and force it to be accountable for social conditioning.
    making education the patsy
meanwhile politicking for personal greed at the expense of the education system.

You are half right, BUT, I wasn't aware I was doing poorly. Many people's lives have been ruined by being manipulated, in fact, there's people out there my age who don't even know they're in this mess, I'm one of the lucky ones. If one day I find out that this manipulation is in fact a conspiracy, I wouldn't be at all surprised.

You mean, other than you were getting C's? That's doing poorly.
And many people's lives have been ruined when they substituted excuses for a hard look at their own life choices.

I was in lower tier at school, I got six Ds two Es and one G in my original GCSEs when I was 16, if I had of had an incentive to do better at school, (than simply not getting Us) I would have easily turned those Ds into Cs. If I had of done well at school, I would have become yet another oblivious person to the hardship lower tier endure.

I really should just let it go, even though people are suffering, I only do live once after all.

Edit:- I am retaking my exams, and I have tried to expose this and failed spectacularly.
