Ha No. It looks sleek and goes with everything. Google images for black nails and you’ll see.

I'm not that into nail polish but I've seen various other colors that look good (on younger girls). I'm not attracted by the fake nail look though.

Yea, fake nails are a commitment and you’re stuck with one color for a while.

Didn’t mean for this thread to become focused on nail polish.

This life sounds refreshing, although amazon wouldn’t likely deliver to such a place lol

That’s the point, to make such a radical life change, that would force one to change their perspective. You’re still alive to prove that we simply won’t perish without all our “stuff.”

When a bush fire takes everything you learn to adapt. No big deal.

And you realize, stuff isn’t all that important. For some, it takes a traumatic loss to realize that.

I would like to live off the grid but in small doses. Lol

    It's called a camping trip.

I’ve been camping lol But...to extend it a few months might be a challenge. Idk, it depends, I think. Like camping in Montana or Wyoming would be amazing. I have these images in my mind about these places being fresh and serene.

They're fresh. How serene they are depends on how many others decided to check out those places on the same day you did.

Yellowstone can be more like going to the mall during the Christmas holidays.

    Seafoam green nails, that's serenity.

All I had as outgoings in terms of bills were land rates and car rego etc..no water rater, no electricity bill, no garbage collection...best of all no humans.
It's the best in my view.
I like to think and bills human relationships tv radio interfere.
The main reason I like here is it compliments my thinking about things.

I take it "rates" is another (Australian) word for "bill" and what is car "rego"?

"Rates" ...the money you pay to your local council, the folk who administer the Local Government Act, ..fix local road, maintain parks and public areas.
Water "Rates" money paid to the supplier of water.
Garbage collection fees are charged by local council and usually included in your "Rates".
"Car rego" fees paid for car registration including third party property insurance but also often taken as including comprehensive insurance
, fix my car and theirs etc, but often taken to include the mechanic bill to bring the car up to standard fit to have it registered.

OK, so the translation would be property taxes and car insurance (and registration). Thanks.

True. Today you're probably wearing your sunnies out in your tinny with a slab pulling a sickie.
