It can fit 2100 the Sun along its diameter.
Does this supergiant star have planets orbiting it?

What can cause such a supergiant star to form?
is it brighter than the sun?

Found this that explains the basic process of star formation.
    Creating a Red Supergiant

I would guess that a star which burns itself out that fast would most likely be brighter than anything with a slower burn rate.

    this is amazing.
but if it has no life, it has no meaning to exist.

This remark is so stupid as to take one's breath away. It's a star, Dummkopf. Do you think every star has to have planets that support life, in order to justify its existence?

And you a lecturer in mechanics, too.

I think it is a language issue. I think saint meant to say he lectures to mechanics, about the best cleaner for removing grease from your hands of something.

    Saint,
Are you a self-programming artificial intelligence? Are you a human programming an artificial intelligence?

The universe has no meaning if it has no consciousness exiting in any being.

This is why we send rockets to far off places in space, so that we can get a glimpse of what's there and we can consciously imagine all the objects in the universe, trillions of them and all just a little different in size, shape, and the stuff they are made of.

The meaning lies in the awesome size of it all. There is alway more than we can learn in a life-time.

Does a "value" have meaning in a self-referential mathematical system?
If something is "causal", does it have meaning?

Does meaning have be experienced or can it have an abstract value.

You are simply faced with a proposition that causes you to grasp at simplistic answers. Forget why... just learn the stuff that we know to be fact. Speculation is useless and has the down side that when we speculate we decide our speculation is fact. Look at how folk speculate about god...pretty soon their speculation becomes their truth..how wrong is that?

    I stand by

    IT has no meaning PERIOD

    in the context

where the above states the Universe requires consciousness to be present to have meaning

    IT DOESN'T

We are part of the Universe, embedded within

    We have no meaning

Your 3 questions are circular in nature and self defining hence any value given
(religion - our life has meaning when we worship god) <-- going for long hanging fruit - does not mean anything

The Universe has no meaning, neither does its sentient content

    Sorry bout that

The universe is not great by itself if no consciousness to appreciate it.

quantum mechanics proves that mind is linked to matter.
consciousness may be is the cause of existence of matter.
