if photon is massless, it means it does not need to comply with the Law of Conservation of Mass?
photon supposed can appear from nothingness anytime?

Mass and energy are two interchangeable currencies, the total wealth calculated when you sum the two is what remains conserved, not rest mass. In modern high energy physics physicists tend to calculate everything purely in terms of energy, and when you do it this way then energy becomes a conserved quantity, i.e. particles with nonzero rest mass have rest energy \(mc^2\) and Relativistic kinetic energy \(\left(\gamma-1\right)mc^2\), thus total energy \(\gamma mc^2\), where \(\gamma=\frac{1}{\sqrt{1-v^2/c^2}}\). So for example you could have two electrons with large amounts of kinetic energy colliding as an input, and the output could be two electrons plus a whole bunch of other particles, because the kinetic energy of the incoming electrons can be converted into particles with nonzero rest masses. Similarly, photons with no rest mass can be bounced off an atom without altering the atom, and particles with nonzero rest mass can be produced from the energy of the incoming photons.

You give yourse3lf away here as a pseudoscientist. The pathalogical features of a Schwarzschild BH metric resulting in a horizon, acts on infalling matter and photons in the same way. Everything supposedly stops dead at the horizon - as determined by a distant observer. You also clearly do not understand how 'Hawking radiation' is supposed to be generated. Why not look it up on Wikipedia and get a clue?

Please cite a reputable source backing your claim for experimental evidence the neutrino possesses a non-zero electric dipole moment ('dipole charge' is a nonsense term).

    CrystalGauge:

Can you please cite a reputable source that says that the speed of a photon can approach zero?

You are posting in one of our Science sections, which means that pseudoscientific ideas are unacceptable in this subforum. You might prefer to post to one of our Fringe areas, such as the pseudoscience subforum.

Please cite one, with a page reference to where we can read about the photon speed approaching zero.

You believe the information paradox is solveable with reference to photons whose speed approaches zero? How?

What are you referring to? Have you posted on sciforums before, under a different user name? We have a policy regarding sock puppets - i.e. they aren't allowed.

Which principles of relativity and quantum mechanics are you thinking of, specifically?

That contains a purely theoretical hypothesis, and a somewhat radical one at that.

Has this paper has not been published in any peer-reviewed journal?

    Are you the author?

Good chance. The Scarlet Pimpernel of SF. Too romantic a connotation though. I notice three consecutive posts of his in another recent thread and a one post spray I gave him there have magically vanished. As a matter of fact, for CryatalGauge, same here too - only quotes remaining!
Have new depths of 'editorial flexibility' been plumbed?

    Proof of Reiku's identity here:http://www.scienceforums.com/topic/...an-extremely-small-dipole-charge/#entry381806

("Dubbelosix" being one of Reiku's innumerable "handles".)

It was the odd term "dipole charge", which you highlighted, that put me onto it, actually.

    Team effort.

. The only question for me is whether his confusing neutron and neutrino re *null* finding as per Phys.org article was intentional or a sign he may actually have dyslexia. But then why also confuse a null finding re electric dipole 'charge' with 'experimental evidence' for a non-zero one?
Troll fits best. Given the long track record. So sad to waste a life that way.

He's on the autistic spectrum, by his own admission. So a sort of troll, but by compulsion, probably.

But, I have to say, he does at long last seem to have got a grip on his incontinent Walter-Mittyesque mathematical scribbling. He does at least now talk in words, which I think must be a great improvement from his personal point of view. He even (on the nutcase site I linked to) manages to hold conversations with people, which he could never do when all he did was post gobbledgook algebra.

If he does really well, he might be able to graduate from the "nutcase" classification to "crank". But even so, one doesn't want him back here!

Relax Exchemist, Dubbel isn't that bad. Stop ripping on people for genetic disorders.

His rubbish is a perishing nuisance and that is why Reiku was banned from this forum. This is supposed to be a science forums, not a therapy workshop for people with disorders. And sockpuppetry is deception.
