Reading? Of course I do, I have mentioned a few, or are you once again trolling?...also online research, which you seem unable to operate.
You do understand now river, in this day and age, 16/03/20, that most all books, even the questionable nutty variety you read, are all reproduced online?
The trick though is sorting the wheat from the chaff, which you fail at dismally.

Read plenty on the net. Plus I don't need to read about Goldilocks to know its just nonsensical, as I already explained to you.
Is that all you can do river when backed into a corner? troll?

river old son...Your Alien/UFO myth is just that. No need to get too upset about it, that's just the way the cookie crumbles. Maybe tomorrow we may get a sighting with the required extraordinary evidence. Until then, dream on

pad , you will never get to the Truth of UFO's without reading books . Books give the full content of the context .

Get with it river and stop being so obtuse. Any damn book you like to mention regarding your mythical Alien/UFO's is liklely reproduced on the Internet somewhere...Understand??
And of course just as there is much rubbish published in books, like the ones you read, so to much rubbish is detailed on the internet.

    A funny side.
    Silly at least.
Imagine for a moment folk like me who have doubted all the good evidence and...
So I am out one night doing my astronomy thing and in the clearing I occupy a life craft lands silently or making a racket...it opens a door and out pops a suited figure but that suit has spaces for four arms...and casualty says " chill man..you are Alex right..yeh checked you out on the forum thought we could have a chat"...another one gets out and we have beer and they point the scope to where they came from...better make a video

I think that would be a neat experience and if they are pretty laid back.
Imagine if it did ever come to pass meeting another species where communication was possible..mmm the complexity of factors would probably means any chance of communication would be near zero. How could we manage their customs .say they ate their children or raised some of their species for food...arguments or what.

I would love something similar to happen to me Alex. While any potential Aliens would obviously be more advanced then us, I would not accept it as analogous as say us/humans, to ants for example. Our intelligence and technology is obvious, and I do believe that advancing technologies would be also less and less aggressive. Despite the objections one could claim in that statement, the point is that we are better now then what we once were.
That's what is so crazy with MRs and river's claims. They would have no reason to fear us...they would not want for anything...whatever is on Earth is found elsewhere in this or other systems.
I just don't accept that they keep flittering in and out, in and out, the occasional kidnapping claim, the occasion anal probing claim. But no official contact. Why?
The other point and the one that river so ignorantly ignores, if there was any grounds for the validity of Alien visitations, the scientists would jump at it, as most have been saying that life elsewhere is most likely. The likes of Sagan, Shostak, DeGrasse Tyson, Cox, I could go on forever.

Something I some times wonder if there could there be a civilization out there that have in effect become ant like in so far as they move as one great United unit...... and could we not become ant like as we eliminate all other species and then the pressure of our numbers dictate there can be no individual each humans duty is to be the same and give all effort to the state which only goal is growing the colony.
That sort of world may manage travell from a resource availabity but the equality probably would not lead to genius needed to produce travel.but that's what they do..Mind you if I was a government here and one of my jets shot down a alien space craft leaving five bodies I think I would bury the lot..or short sell on the stock exchange and call a press conference with the bodies and the craft on display..I would expect sheer panic.. maybe. Would the markets drop..gun sales would go up...it would be a big economic deal ..When you think past the science and how the world could take it. And what if they brought a virus that attacks our reproductive organs...
I do think we could at some stage end up with a big rock in our lap capable of mass extinction..it could never happen to us...the more we look the more we find more little ones some coming uncomfortably close.. the reality given our link to the stock exchange one that took out a major city lock stock would send markets thru the floor..economic collapse...that little Moon of ours ..that would spoil your day.
I think seekers have more funding..great we now know for sure we be wiped out in four and a half years..no it's good we need to know. The hit on Jupiter would have if here wiped us out.
I had a trail in a couple of subs that we could not identify .. maybe space junk but it didn't seem to identify with any asteroid but I deleted those frames because of the trails inadvertently I meant to save them out side the image I was making. ..my point that was not a rock that we know about I feel. Unlucky I lost it but you would think someone else would have captured it..horse head nebula..every man and his dog are photographing that if it's clear..it was over on the flame nebula not at sat that's easily checked.

In the Northern Territory we see a lot of these

    Various shapes and sizes

We hold a Solar Panel car race each year

Although not stipulated in the rules baring Space Aliens all the drivers have been Earthlings from various Earth countries

Having said that they could be Space Aliens in disguise

Against that you would think a Space Alien would have technology much better than us Minions and win every time

    MR: "Cars are always red."
DC: "Established science shows that, frequently, cars are not red."
MR: "I have given several examples of red cars. Therefore cars are always red."
DC: "Established science also shows that you are a troll."

Darwin to Adelaide about 3,000 km

In 1987 I drove the organisers, of the first race, (was helping a mate out) in a limo for their radio interview about

Just noticed this UFO looking down on me

You can see its hovering from the shadow, not stuck on the ceiling

And the Alien is wearing a visa

Just to the side of the bottom red dot is a Death Ray nozzle

How compelling is this sharp in focus image?

So you take some guys camping, fishing or astronomy weekend and arrange for one of these to be lowered from a concealed position in the tree tops just outside the camp after every one is half way thru their bottle of scotch with a suited up monkeys hopping out of it when it's lowered.

    Neat idea

    Problem

Bottle - scotch - suited up monkey - monkey see - monkey like = drunken NT'ens + drunken suited up monkey

    Still a neat idea

Check out this compelling video of something extraordinary seen in the sky above Los Angeles. I bet that if most of you saw this with your own eyes, you would totally freak out.

    https://twitter.com/wonderofscience/status/1242219352872513536

OK, it's a video of an IFO (identified flying object) as opposed to a UFO, though it's actually in space and not flying in any aerodynamic sense. It doesn't have anything to do with space-aliens, though it does have a lot to do with Elon Musk, the next best thing. (Have you ever heard of an earthling named 'Elon'?? (Sounds like the name of a flying saucer occupant from a 1950's sci-fi movie.)

It's a Falcon 9 first stage, powering its way back to Vandenberg, near Santa Barbara, after putting a satellite into polar orbit. The weird puffs are the reaction control thrusters that it uses to steer itself in vacuum back to its lovely launch pad. The extraordinary visibility is due to the rocket being illuminated by the Sun while the Sun has already set on the Earth below.

    And you laughed at MR...

I don't even bother laughing at MR.
Most of his copy paste just makes me sigh, while I wonder about how easily we fall for stories that appeal to us.
Don't bother with a reply, Yaz, you're his main apologist for some reason, even though you seem to know better.
Your "I hate bullies" response doesn't fit here.
