Another example of redefining to suit your trumped up lies. I have given you examples of rapid evolution, as well as plenty of data confirming Darwinian macro and micro evolution to be facts. You have many beliefs but no facts...you can believe and accept what you like on faith. Again your beliefs are of no real concern, but I'm certainly not going back through three or four threads and count all my posts invalidating your mythical beliefs and showing you as a liar again. Not true, and I have stated a hundred times [sorry not going to count just to jump through your hoops] that god, any god, any supernatural entity, is unscientific, superfluous and mythical. Would you like that in big letters and colour coded? Your beliefs are just that, baseless ignorant myths. Yes, along with most others that have been a witness to said lies. No, not all, just those that place unjustified trust, belief in myths, and at the same time, acting hypocritical. You have a miror? Only an Idiot would continue with his redefining and lying, in the face of reputable evidence. Darwinism evolution is fact, and will remain so no matter how many times you play ignorant. If I came to your front door with my two unicorns, would you come for a gallop with me to discuss your ongoing problems? Science is the utmost echelon of disciplines and without it, you would be swinging in the trees with your cousins. So, are atheists, agnostics or whatever intellectually and emotionally depraved because they don't have your faith?
I don't want to die as I am having a great life but I can honestly say I don't fear death. It appears however some folk simply can not accept that death is inevitable and as a result grasp at anything that somehow means they do not have to comptemplate the reality that one day they will be no more. Do you fear death? I expect not given that you dont really think it will be the end...maybe you dont believe there is an after life but use its promise to take your mind off it..it won't hurt..maybe a little but even pain is part of life's experience. As to the op..well god is important to some but not to others. Alex
You have that exactly backwards. Everything we have observed DOES fit in to the evolutionary paradigm. That you were an excellent magician. If you said "no I can really do it" I'd want to test it. If you said "No! It's magic! I can only do it here on this stage with this lighting, with my trusty assistant and special magic jacket" then that would confirm that you were a good magician. If you said "sure" and could do it over and over, in front of test instruments, then you would have a valid claim that you weren't just a magician; you were really creating an apple.
Let’s say it wasn’t a trick. The apple just suddenly materialised in my hand, right in front of your face.
Yeah. Magicians do that all the time. Like I said: If you claim it's not a trick and you are just materializing an apple in front of my face, I'd want to measure it. If you refused, I would know you were just doing a magic trick and lying about it.
Because for literally everything else ever observed there was a mechanism. Let's reverse it. Let's say that I know that Thor is the One True God, and can prove it. So we go to a range and I put an apple on a sawhorse. I point my finger at it and say "If Thor is the One True God and all others are pretenders then smite this apple!" and the apple blows up. Would that be the end of your belief in your version of God?
Yes. So coming back to the apple. You wouldn’t just accept it came into being, even though despite all your tests, that is what you saw, and that is what happened?
