Southern Pride is the name of a Bar B Que stove manufacturer who produces wood fired Bar B Que stoves that can smoke up to 500 lbs of meat. Alex
See the years? Only a moron would try to add up poll results from different years to equal 100%. Racists would care, because they'd definitely say it represents their ideology. Hence that 58% can't be racists. You know what, never mind. It's clear your faculties are not up to the simplest of tasks.
And the chief expert of stereotyping and adhoms, lowers himself again to that low bar representing irony and hypocrisy. This is the same clown that stereotypes anyone that disagrees with his extremist right wing Hitler like views, as lefties, atheists, bogeymen, etc etc and avoids the truth by claiming strawmen! So you talk of Southern pride but refuse to indicate what it is they are proud about...even in simplistic terms...you will be hard pressed to avoid the slavery issue. The USA like all nations in the world has gone through a painful evolution from a place that is not something to be proud of. The pride is in the achievement since the revolution and emancipation of those who were enslaved. Southern pride could be, seeing as you are not wishing to go into it, the fact that even though racism still exists systemically and culturally the degree of racism has been reduced greatly. Now that is something to be proud about.IMO Even though there is a long way to go... To be proud of a confederation and all that refers to it, that cost so many lives and failed the people of the South miserably, could be seen as a sentimental longing for a return to the times of slavery and secession. Thus any reference to the Confederate flag can be easily construed as racism born of supremacist sentiment and a betrayal of the constitutional union of states.
lol.. Only a moron would use three different poles and criteria to justify his racism... which he/she denies due to his own personal shame of being such...
Well.... you know even a toddler knows that anything left of extreme right is a lefty even if considered to have extreme right wing views.....a lefty right winger perhaps... "ambidextrous" lol
Rational people know that more data points lends validity. And that real racists have no shame, like your inability to comprehend why a black man would wave a Confederate flag.
fyi: the real flag of the confederacy/the confederate flag If you keep calling shoes earmuffs, people may get confused-----especially the lazy and ignorant people Please Register or Log in to view the hidden image! Please Register or Log in to view the hidden image!

People seem to forget that the "confederacy" was a confederation of independent sovereign states here are some of the battle flags of the different state's armies and individual corps --------------many regiments also had their own flags Please Register or Log in to view the hidden image! if complexity is a problem for you, stop now----it don't get no simpler I kinda like the flag of the choctaw brigade Please Register or Log in to view the hidden image!
ok your question: answer There was NO one "confederate battle flag"! perhaps you need to rethink your questions?
The Nazis had many flags too but we still recognize one in particular as representing their cause. It seems more people wave the Confederate flag while chanting against equal rights as opposed to those waving it visibly in favour. If it's not meant to be a symbol of racial inequality or to promote that viewpoint, then its supporters (other than a very small handful of people) have failed to do anything visible to establish the opposite.
I will not be responsible for your willful ignorance, nor do I appreciate your support for ignorance in others. It just might be true that "the truth shall set you free". Give it a try.
Even if you claim all are idiots and the white ones additionally are racist, that's still you displaying racism: antagonism against a group based solely on their race. Or are you claiming the black battle flag wavers are equally racist?
Thanks for posting all the flag photos I enjoyed learning about all the different flags and to take into account back then states could almost be seen as different countries..almost..but they were all part of a republic by agreement. Although seeing the various flags and pointing out back then there was not one confederate flag, is it not reasonable to say that when one says " the Confederate Flag" these days all think of just the one flag? Is it reasonable to say that this confederate flag is used by various people but that it has an apparent connection to the KKK and to folk who are not ashamed to see themselves as white supremacists. It seems the flag is for some regarded as inoccent but certainly there seems it really is part of a racial stand that many folk find both intimidating and offensive. Do you feel that there is no case to get rid of that flag given its negative association with folk who admit to racism and also seem to indulge terrorism ...well that is a fact unfortunately. What do you say to someone who sees the Confederate flag on the same footing as a flag with that Nazi symbol? Alex
