I woke up this Morning with a new concern for the experiment.

This experiment is only a fair test if Batteries emit the same strength of Electromagnetic field for anything they power.

Batteries don't emit EMF. They just provide current to conductive circuits. You might see some E-field by the connector; that's about it.

Don't you oppress his pioneering with your "facts" and your "logic".

Well that could mean one of two things, either the Ghosts can drain Battery simply plugged into Battery Charge readers, or it could mean, they can only drain Batteries whilst their inside and powering a Digital device.

This experiment is racking up in the expensive category.

I need to know the truth, how ever hard it is to here, it's important to increase the chances of this experiment's success.

    Try both!
Great! I support your efforts to try to learn through experiment. Heck I'll even contribute a bit if you can accept money electronically.

The costs for this experiment are spiraling out of control.

This is more for: professional, credible, well respected and trusted Ghost Hunters to stumble upon. Thanks for the offer though.

    How do you know?

    Sounds great!

Why use equipment that you understand, when you can choose equipment whose operational principles are a mystery and which you don't know how to use?

It sounds like you've picked the appropriate equipment for ghost hunting, all right.

Thanks for the memory jogger. I remember reading something about that scam device somewhere (probably in a skeptical publication), but I'd forgotten about it. Now I remember what I thought at the time: surely nobody will shell out $600 for this heap of junk! But it never does to underestimate how deeply invested (literally!) some enthusiasts of the paranormal are. I wonder whether MR has this on his wish list for Christmas (if he hasn't already purchased one).

My cousin used to have an original Speak and Spell, which would probably be equally as reliable as the Ovilus for communicating with ghosts. It worked for ET!

Why not just use a dictionary and a pencil?

I have found a new hilarious clip, demonstrating the awesomeness of the Ovilus.

I have a simple experiment to test whether ghosts are real. More than half of the human beings who ever lived in history were cave men. All you gotta do is perform a survey of how many ghosts are seen wearing top hats vs. how many are seen walking around nearly butt naked sporting a cheetah skin thong, and this will give us a pretty good idea of whether some people been smoking too much opium.

    EXPERIMENT IDEA NUMBER THREE

    Context/Back story

In a recent episode of 'Ghost Adventures' I watched. They were literally hunting the classical depiction of an Imp with a Trident. Where ever it moved, the air would go extremely cold. This got me thinking.

    Experiment
Bring a see through tank of water, fill it with Water on the premises, ask the Imp to move through it. Document an Imp walking through the water, as it temporarily leaves behind a trail of: Stop-motion, vanishing, Ice Sculptures.

    Apparatus
    1) One Imp
    2) See Through Tank
    3) Water
    4) Camera

    Side notes
Ghost are known to make things colder where ever they move, so this experiment may work for them also, but the Tank may only be big enough to contain a hand or foot.

    Visual Proof

This particular Imp from the episode of 'Ghost Adventures' was tremendously cooperative. It showed off one of it's tricks to the crew with out prompt. The Imp asked the Person it haunts, to close their eyes, then climbed a Door, then the haunted Person could see what the Imp could see, even though the haunted Person's eyes were closed.

The Imp at the end of the Episode got banished back to where it came from.

    Edit:- (Origin Unknown)

Okay, admittedly, there were times when the Imp got frustrated and thrusted its three Pronged Trident at the Crew, giving them sharp pains along the ghostly trajectory. But other than that, it was as good as Gold.

I suppose if it really is the Classical Imp, it may have had Wings and flew up to the Door.

How do you know it was an "Imp"?

It got caught on SLS (Structured Light System) and the schematics of the Stick man representative was about a Foot high. Also, it's weapon of choice left people struck with it, describing it as, being hit by an Arrow (Unknowingly struck by just one of its prongs) and also describing being hit by it as, sharp piercing sensations. Also, it one time maybe flew up to the top of a Door.

Edit:- Also, it has three claws on each hand.

That doesn't answer the question. Where is the repository of imp characteristics to compare it to? And how was that repository compiled?
