?

Do you think that Black Holes are involved in recycling of energy and matter?

A near death experiencer reported being shown that Black Holes are like massive recycling machines or processing centres?

Perhaps if we have an idea what function a phenomena performs it may be easier to come up with other answers about the how and the why?

For philosophical reasons I lean heavily toward Multiverse Theory and an obvious question related to this might be........ would the other galaxy being reprocessed in that black hole at the centre of our galaxy..... perhaps be from another time line that we are now finished with..... due perhaps to our now being in a much improved time line????

Once inside a black hole, nothing ever comes out. (As much as we know about black holes) So, I doubt black holes would be good “tools” for recycling.

What does the “near death experience” have to do with this idea?

Dennis Tate has some ideas about a connection between NDEs and string theory and BHs.
Read some of this other threads/posts to catch up.

All that I know is that near death experiencers seem to have a surge in IQ and other intellectual gifts and I personally have been rather shocked at the insights that they have given all across the spectrum of questions that they addressed.

Some near death experiencers have been shown what looks to be non-linear time........
which sounds to me like a basis for a whole new understanding of Multiverse Theory......
actually... perhaps even Applied Multiverse Theory?!

It seem like the consciousness of the near death experiencers.....
while in the out of the body state.... can process a quantity and quality of information on many subjects that they could not have done while in the body......

The writers at Psychology Today magazine actually got me researching these accounts thirty years ago. Their fascination with these accounts rubbed off on me.

I read somewhere that someone who had a near death experience said that black holes were just very dense matter and that there was nothing more to it than that.

I read another NDE report and the person said that the Second Coming would involve Daffy Duck. Does this fit into the Multi-verse Theory or String Theory? Does Chaim Tjman MD have anything to add? Maybe this fits into the Unified Field Theory of Modern World Problems?

Beginning at the nineteen mark in this video former Atheist Rabbi Alon Anava describes what it was like to first......
do something of a "Vulcan Mind Meld" with the girl he was with at the party where he overdosed.........

He describes seeing while during his NDE he sees her past, her present and her future.... all at once.

Then he describes the "graphic design of the world" like the html for the bridge he passes through.......

Then he describes being above the taxi cab and going into an apartment building and being able to know and understand......
the past, the present and the future of all the people in the apartment building..........

It seems to me that if you got a Jewish near death experiencer... a Buddhist near death experiencer.....
an Islamic near death experiencer.. a Christian near death experiencer.... they would have have a surprising amount of overlap in their accounts
and what the really huge lesson was that they feel that they learned from their NDE????

Near death experiencers report that humanity will come together......
and begin to agree more and more on what matters... and we will begin to
address the really big problems facing us. The very positive future that they predict is coming within two centuries sounds like a fantasy........
but at least it gives us something that may make our kids or grandchildren feel some more hope for the future that looks pretty scary at this time.

But anyone could claim a “near death experience,” when ya think about it.

“I was walking dangerously close to the edge of a cliff. If my footing slipped, I’d have fallen over and plunged to my death. I tripped on a small, jagged rock but caught myself. Whew, that was close!”

Is that a near death experience? I’m not being flip, I’m genuinely interested. And if it would be considered a NDE, why would I suddenly have immense clarity and insight into the unknown depths of the cosmos?

Generally near death experiences involve losing blood flow to the brain, resulting in those NDE's as the brain starts to shut down.

Ah, I see. So, this is the definition we’re going with for Dennis’ threads?

Okay, so going with this definition - how would someone experiencing this NDE, have a higher IQ and have increased insight into black holes?

The question also seems to be why go with explanations from people with reduced blood flow to the brain over those not so encumbered?

It's a kind of tortured logic to see how IQ would go up under such circumstances. Also increased IQ still does give one an edge in seeing the future.

When the astronauts were on the Moon looking back at Earth they "realized" that it's a pretty small world and that it would be great if we could all get along and forget our petty grievances.

It's likely that when people are near death they have a similar feeling. Why would you be thinking about petty things at that point.

There is no great insight into the Universe though, no IQ increase, nothing that reduced blood flow wouldn't replicate. Chaim Tejmen MD should realize that.

People who experience NDE's often THINK they have a higher IQ (and more insight etc.) But then again, people who do acid think the same thing.

    Dennis:

Really. How is stuff "recycled", specifically? How does it come back, and as what? I want the details.

And who or what "showed" this to the near death experiencer? And who was the near death experiencer in question? And what checking has been done by scientists (or anybody else) to confirm the "recycling" story, so far?
"Seem to"? What does that mean? Has anybody actually measured this "surge in IQ", or is this just a gut feeling you have about what happens?

I want to see the before and after IQ test results. Where are they?
But I already know from what you've written that it doesn't take much in the way of real evidence to impress you. You seem to be content with a good story or a gripping yarn.

How could they tell it was "non linear time"?
    What is non-linear time?
    Who showed them?
    Who was shown?
    Why was it shown?
What does it mean for time to be "non-linear"? Does this impact our lives or understanding in some way?
    "sounds to me". Hmmm...
Got any examples of such information processing?

Have you read anything more recent from psychologists on the subject? More is known about the science of NDEs than was known 30 years ago.

Sounds like a gripping yarn. So what? Why do you believe what he says?

    Great.

I suppose that, after his NDE, he was thoroughly tested on his detailed knowledge of the pasts of the people in that building, which would confirm his special knowledge. Where can we find the results of those tests? Was there a peer-reviewed paper written about the case?

Yes. A lack of oxygen to the brain has been shown to produce very similar experiences in people of different religions.

That's the same kind of trite message that we often see from people who claim to have been abducted by aliens. They report that their alien captors want humanity to be peaceful and loving. Then they sexually probe the captives and pop them back into their beds.

Do you think it is at all possible that these optimistic messages of hope and love could come from inside the people reporting them, rather than from an external force?

As to what and how the energy and matter from a previous universe is recycled........
and..... I presume..... formed into a new and improved universe...........
fits with the evidence that I believe I have ran into since 1990 for "Applied Multiverse Theory"............

    Applied by whom you ask?

IF what I perceive as possible evidence for Applied Multiverse Theory is what I think it is.......

then the only type of intelligence or more likely Intelligence or Intelligences, who could apply this would be termed
"God / YHWH / or the word Elohim" of Genesis chapter one verses twenty six and twenty seven.

I believe that we are probably looking at evidence......
for a variation of "Creationism" that does not fit with any Orthodox version of my own religion Christianity or the Messianic Gentile Movement.

I had actually rather hoped to find people on this forum who could use the technical jargon to describe all of this that I personally don't know yet.

Near death experiencer Dannion Brinkley was one of the first major modern near death experiencers to be given visions of a future......
For two decades roughly eighty to ninety of the 117 major predictions that Dannion made came to pass and then.......

... .all of a sudden after the year 2020... there seems to be a genuine
divergence from the predictions made by Dannion BRinkley that I personally think of as nothing less than
    "Evidence for Applied Multiverse Theory!"

Or........ am I personally guilty of doing the same thing that members of fraternities tend to do who
go through an extremely annoying or difficult initiation ritual to join a fraternity?

As you know.... a study was done on members of fraternities that indicated that frat members with
difficult initiation rituals seemed to have a HIGHER send of satisfaction with their fraternity so.......

..... am I guilty of having invested so much time in studying these near death experience accounts since 1990 that I want to believe that I have ran into something
of huge implications from all the reading that I did on them?????????

As I am sure you well know there are variations on Quantum Theory that do fit with the idea of multiple futures being possible.....
