i have apart job at the moment and i need a full time job prefer not to work for ass holes lots of employers over reaching wanting people who are due a pay rise(top tier ready to move on to the next level up) to come in at starter levels in the same position and skill level on starter wage rates strange kinda bad management sign they must have really bad work places and poor management hard trying to find a good honest level headed non psycho manager and company together in one item that pays ok money i guess if i throw away all my morals and standards things will get better financially a lot quicker would prefer not to having morals can be a real pain in the financial ass
im a sub contractor i work with some really nice people but have only less than half a weeks hours the company who pay me have been messing with me and i suspect have spread bad false rumors to competitors to tell them not to hire me they occasionally hire off them so they don't want x employee also and im the wrong skin colour (that's life i just got to use that to my advantage in another area if thats what it takes) and the people doing the hiring in other company's have spent the last year playing ass covering games protecting their own job and dont want to employ anyone who seems smarter than them its been doing my head in the company that pay me have been pressing me to work on call on short tiny shift with almost no pay and no on call fee all sorts calling me in my off time while denying me long shifts with a different company all because 1 manager Fucked up so tried to get rid of me to hide her mistake then another manager fucked up tried to side line me because they lost some high profile high skill set clients now they are offering me bullshit hours on call with no on call fee i would be likely to make less than $20 per on call shift after travel expenses etc. they are deliberately messing with me union is packed up and left i could sue but ... that would be awkward may upset some people i don't want to upset in other places they have messed with me so much i could go to a TV station where i know some people and put the full story on TV that would make them look very bad and probably lose a few million but i would get nothing so now i know the full scope of the industry now but i have to change career even though i have enough knowledge and experience & qualifications to be a very good manager easily. on top of having a business start up just within my fingers get pulled away from me and trashed that was in the process of being set up over the last 2.5 years and was planning on that money to use to buy a house now im on my ass financially and have to change professions with no deposit house money surprised im still barely sane in some fleeting moments of lucidity so that's a required career and profession change to get another job and the company that pay me 2 managers(one now senior & the other their apprentice dr evil[2 women if you must know]) tried to set me up to fire me twice to hide their own mistakes to make a run for the company CEO and take it over and to get rid of me who they think im a close ally of an x manager who has a HUGE amount of industry influence both times i thwarted! fyi i have not messed with them ... yet . prefer not to. but 1 of them i suspect is gathering steam for another run at me this week to try and make some shit up and blame me for something to hide the fact i asked if they wanted me to work on call which they would need to pay me for so they are going to look to injure me in some way and paint me as the bad guy thats what will be developing this coming week i am on the fence how to respond and my low rent apartment is being sold soon by my landlord so i will be forced out so its a race to some where i don't know with money i don't have to an over priced rental market with out of control price rises the race to no where with nothing

thanks few things are entirely simple life has a way of doing its things from covid to cancer to deaths & injury's, viruses & disease & accidents few things are simple except the desire to simplify most things i dont want to live my reality being a sadist hell bent on the only satisfaction of hurting others or stepping on people. that's just the real me im a strange person for sure passing thought all those super rich people who are constantly feeling unsatisfied (including middle class work-a-holics) always hunting for something to feel never feeling content and all those poor people who think all they need is lots of money to be truly happy and all those people who win lottery's of massive sums of money then end up in debt a couple of years later and all those upper middle class(TV reality shows) who have every material desire they can want and so spend all their lifes making up emotional dramas & creating emotional abuse & creating victims & abusers to live in the middle of something they can feel like a cutting addiction throwing cutting parties FYI the potential of being forced out of my low rent apartment is swinging in the wind completely out of my control and involves life critical issues for the owners so its not a greed profit driven issue unlike many i notice rental prices are sky rocketing as commercial speculators loosing money on global down sizing as employees are sent to work from home SO their commercial tenants who are businesses are cost cutting to make more profit and/or loosing money are down sizing their property leases and cutting costs.... are leveraging the residential market to exploit access control as a profit generator big global problem in modern society's sending rental prices into hyper inflation all driven by market speculators but that is being covered up by the media for some reason possibly because media also own investment property's & want to stay ahead of the market to make more profit not insider trading but many things are not illegal yet have immoral consequences and outcomes how smart is smart ? those commercial property investors who are dumping commercial real-estate which the real-estate companys are trying to cover up while they talk up residential house market prices... could be investing in long term safe covid vaccine systems probably government bonded but they dont want safe 5 or 10% they want fast 20% minimum so instead all those real-estate company's & commercial speculators are throwing family's out on the street to maintain their 20% profit margin instead of taking 10% profit margin and its all perfectly morally correct supposedly... according to many

Things have a way of working out, but it's tough when we're dealing with these stressful situations. Do you like being a sub-contractor? I have a few friends who prefer contracting and free lance work (marketing/advertising/consultants) as opposed to being ''captive'' employees, because of the flex schedules, freedom of assignments, not ''tied'' to one company, etc. The downfall is having to find health insurance since an employer only pays for employee plans, not contractors.
the money and freedom are different i enjoy not being tied into the compulsory sociopath lies of fake teams or teams with toxic masculinity, work place psychopaths or narcissists running them. ive worked in all of those i listed though a good team ive worked in and loved it. had a great manager was in a world class multinational contact centre technical sales & service team so while i understand team work inside and out i also despise the nasty element that often pervades those old-worldy corporate fake emotional exploitative type of scenarios that most employees find themselves negotiating constantly. entire global job market is going through massive upheavals redundancy's and restructuring is everywhere in massive proportions. online sales are up but not online sales jobs technology and fudging the process "under-staffing" is leveraging massive extra profits for companys who wont let that go ever. i see under staffing has become the new norm people need to be doing 2 or 3 peoples jobs to stay in the same place. while i have the capability, you dont want to be throwing your reputation away into some losing battle gamed against KPI margins to present better sales on a falling customer service level as service is outsourced via self help apps is a huge issue right now thats the new global reality will be interesting to see if the amazon staff form a mega union. its probably their only way to bargain with power to cling on to their basic current benefits like health care and meal breaks and structured working hours the sudden turn toward zero hour contracts may be used soon to exploit workers hourly pay rates and undermine decades of labor reforms. hard work for the usa with private health care system geared to bankrupt them during the middle of their life.

different subject AI data mining IP locations on social media accounts for political interest and profiling racial political etc etc ... i am wondering if facebook & twitter have gone too far i notice social media companys are now applying IP blocking regional settings to force different levels of ID from different users thats profiling probably illegal in the usa twitter is doing it is facebook doing it ?
