Is that your reply to the idea of '' intelligent life 'out there' that won't mind communicating with us just for purely inquisitive reasons.'' ?
You have been on Earth too long. How does it go... Nature is red in tooth and claw.... You got to have a master, be it overlord aliens or gods....

Maybe all James is saying Q-reeus is that if you believe in alien life without evidence (beyond the stories of claimants), that’s your choice but don’t be angry if scientists don’t take it seriously. Not sure the science community is completely closed minded to the possibility that alien life may exist, it just doesn’t feel that what has been so far presented is enough to be certain of it.

You don’t need the “blessing” of the science community to believe that the photos and stories of alien UFO’s are credible...to you.

Showboating again? Really, Q-reeus? Does it have to be "Look at me! Look at me! Somebody please look at me!" all the time?

It's almost like you're proud to put your immaturity on display for all to see. *Shrug*

Well James R as righteous overlord has passed semi-divine judgement on me yet again. Who am I as mere mortal to contend with that! Case closed!

Detail and background can be all important in forming a truly informed, objective viewpoint re reality of nonmundane UFO/UAP etc. phenomena and reliability of reported/recorded encounters.
Here is a two-part recorded interview with David Fravor that imo well fulfills those criteria:

There are of course other such interviews, and ones that include corroborative testimony from other aircrew (and shipborne radar operators etc.) intimately involved with the encounter(s) back in 2004.

Well well well. Link to detailed testimony from a confirmed top gun veteran, with reliably corroborated, first-hand experience of a well recorded/observed UFO/UAP encounter, and deafening silence from the SF debunker crew results.
Oh yeah, it does get harder and harder for the debunker/skeptics brigade to keep pushing their 'but you haven't PROVED it!' stupid-as narrative. And I note the absence of any support from former allies here. Not hard to guess why - 'hate speech' accusations trigger automatic programmed revulsion reactions. Neat. PC correctness is very, very deeply embedded in far too many 'liberty loving' citizens who actually aren't but can't recognize that. Well better add - imo.

From what I’ve been reading about the “tic tac” UFO sighting, it’s not that the government or science community is dismissing the sightings completely as being imagined/hallucinations or whatever ...it’s that they’re not convinced it’s alien technology.

I’m not scared really of the idea of alien life existing (many people assume if they do, that they’re dangerous and hateful - maybe they’re nothing like that), but if this technology is a glimpse of perhaps another country’s advanced technology, that would be more concerning, don’t you think?

Thanks for responding wegs. I'll assume you watched at least Part 1 of those two vids linked to last post (annoyingly Part 2 is interspersed with repeat chunks from Part 1). Where David Fravor recounted in particular his prior training and experience as a marine and naval airman. And the detail of his (and three other aircrew) engagement with the tic tac on the fateful day. The as he put it 'physics defying' antics, ability to jam their sophisticated anti-jamming capable radars, and bewildering pre-knowledge that had it back at their prearranged CAP point way in advance of Fravor and fellow pilot(s), left them in awe. Oh I left out hypersonic speeds without any sonic boom generated. Fravor himself is cautious and believes such 'advanced tech' is way beyond any human capabilities. Thus 'not of this world' in his words.

Some other 'UFO celebs' publicly at least push the notion the tic tacs may have been leap-frog advanced tech drones by Russia or China. Fravor's detailed account sinks that totally imo.

You really need to work on your capacity for patience. You may be sitting fuming at your screen all day, but some of us have lives outside of sciforums.

Fravor is the main outspoken guy pushing the alien spacecraft tic tac idea. Clearly, he has realised he is onto a good gig, touring the country and no doubt getting paid to tell his truth over and over again, as breathless UFO enthusiasts clap him on the back and buy him lunch after the presentations.

Being a "confirmed top gun veteran" doesn't mean you can't also be completely barking about a topic like UFOs. Didn't you realise that?
No. It would only get harder if you had proved it. Understand?

You're angry precisely because, unfortunately, you can't prove any of the conclusions you so desperately wish you could prove. And, at some level, you know it.
Sooner or later, everybody becomes part of the Grand Conspiracy, don't they, Q-reeus? Trust Nobody. Oh, except the people pushing the conspiracy theories - you should definitely take their word as Absolute Gospel Truth, all the time. Right?
If you don't want to be accused of hate speech, here's a suggestion: don't post hate speech.

Not too hard. Most people here manage it just fine. What's your problem?
Why do you trust Fravor? Why are you willing to take at face value everything he believes and/or tells you? Because of his credentials? When it comes to the credentials of skeptics, you place no stock in those. Seems like a clear double standard you have there, to me, but maybe you can explain. Besides, the truth of something like this shouldn't rest on what perceived authority you think somebody does or doesn't have, anyway. What you really need to do is to critically evaluate the evidence, but you just don't ever want to do that, do you?

These days, you're as bad as Magical Realist ever was. Almost completely disconnected from the real world.

Appalling of you to cast Fravor in such a demeaning light. Without any justifiable basis for doing so.
Another testimony, written in 'digital stone', to your hypocrisy and double standards. That provocative invite to engage in a desired continual back-and-forth grind, is best imo declined.

Typical skeptic strategy to poison the well by attacking the honesty and character of Fravor. Free lunches? lol!

Why aren't there lots of Fravors, all telling the same story? Why is it mostly just one Fravor doing rounds of the UFO podcastiverse and conspiracist youtube channels?

You insinuated Fravor was motivated by attention seeking, and money. Disgusting.
Instead of engaging in attempted smearing, make a first attempt ever at actually dealing with the details of what he recounted. Show convincingly how it could all be rationally put down to some bizarre combination of equipment malfunction and human misperception. Good luck!

Do some searching. There have been quite a few others interviewed, including with respect the numerous East Coast Eisenhower carrier group UFO/UAP encounters.

How do you know he isn't motivated by those things?
Everything that doesn't fit well with your conspiracy paranoia and fantasy beliefs is disgusting to you.
Done previously, in some depth. Did you forget?

Forget what? You are fantasizing or simply outright lying as usual. Point to your supposed 'in depth' review. Bluffing.

The truth is that in any incident like this there are lots of sensible people who realise they don't have access to information to support the wackier claims being made, so they wisely keep their heads down and stay out of the public eye. At the same time, the most publicised of these kinds of incidents are the ones where a minority of the people who might potentially have useful information to offer disproportionately come to occupy the majority of the media space or attention. Usually, it turns out that those people are self-promoters, for whatever reason. Monetary gain and 15 minutes of fame are motivation enough for some. Some have separate (or additional) ideological motivations.

Certainty, having your ego stroked by lots of people in fringe groups who keep sending you invitations to be a keynote speaker at their conventions or on their TV shows/podcasts/youtube channels, is flattering enough for some that they are willing to spin their story to make it sound more interesting and exciting than it would be if it were "just the facts, ma'am".

You know this is all true, but you will bluff and bluster about how I'm insulting fine upstanding individuals until your cows come home, rather than acknowledge a simple and obvious truth. Faux outrage is part of the stock in trade of the conspiracist nut.
