I always thought it would be:

"THOO - LOO"

with a silent "c"

hhmm...

ive always thought, and heard, that the c and th were together to make a strange sorta sound. sorta like spiting.

I say it Kt-oo-loo. That one wasn't on there so I took the nearest one. I've never ever heard it said before so I know no different
