Funny you should mention it. That was taken after a lil play in which I play... the devil :bugeye:

It was supposed to be scary, actually. Anyone scared? Anyone?

 

I am surprised that they chose 'that look' to depict evil, particularly in todays political climate given the controversy regarding muslim womens dress.

I actually thought this was how you dressed when I saw that pic despite your humourous comment. When I lived in london it was not uncommon to see muslim women only showing their eyes thus depicting this image as 'evil' in a play says to me the director is either very ignorant of todays world issues or is deliberately trying to send a message that this culture is evil.

What are your thoughts on this?
Am I reading too much into it? Bear in mind the devil is after all depicted as a red horned goat?

Er... yes, actually! I was talking about the overdone eye makeup. The costume was simply a black poloneck. I pulled up the hood thingie just for that photo.
