There are some great examples so far. Different people have different criteria though, and that's ok. For me, what makes a great album cover is not something that is clever or makes a statement or reflects the music. For me it's simply about beauty. I thought of that Led Zep one. Then I thought: "Nah. Dodgy-ish." It is an incredibly memorable and striking picture though. Seem to remember hearing or reading somewhere that they're Plant's children - yes, rock'n'roll trivia fans? No?
