As a member of SciForums, am I allowed to copy my own posts to use on another site or is that against SF rules? Does my posts here become properity of SF or is my words mine? Just making sure. Don't want to get kicked off.

We call your local police to issue a warrent for your arrest if you reuse your own posts.

Come on now... the only thing we "own" is a copy of whatever you say. Whatever you say is still yours.

You are the author of your posts. Therefore, unless you explicitly agree to assign copyright to somebody else, you have copyright over your own work. That means you can reproduce it anywhere you like.

I'm not sure which sounds worst: the idea of recycling one's posts, or the idea that Sciforums is a publisher without contracts.

I don't write that well so I just copy everyone else's posts and use them everywhere.

Thanks. I just wanted to ask. Once I had a short story and a poem published in two different books by two different publishers and both copy righted it and I am never allowed to use eithter of them again. So...thought I'd ask.
Thanks again guys. I love this site!
