    I thought the mammoths communicated with the spirits of mt. shasta, and they got put on a different frequency so that humans can't see them.

    JK.

    Maybe it was just their time? The ice age ended, and the need for their large fur kinda ended. maybe they evolved into elephants? or maybe they all died.

    This extinction appears to have coincided with the end of the last Ice Age. What we have, therefore, is ice over N. America and Europe and a temperate Siberia suddenly being replaced with a temperate N. America and Europe and ice over Siberia.

    I really cannot see anything other than pole shift or crustal displacement that might have caused this dramatic change. Please explain another mechanism for me because if either of these is correct they could, obviously, happen again; with startling consequences.
