For example is Sandy has something in her house she does not use, she must give it to the victims, the poor, and the elderly...for humanitarian values

Interesting concept but I did not do anything to destroy their lives. I especially did not do anything personally to them, like violate/rape/molest them.

This POS OWES his victims their innocent lives back. Since he cannot do that, money may help them afford therapy etc...

yeah but justice already took away from him to replace in adequate amount for their losses. You are saying here that justice was wrong? Do you defy the law?

Are you a creationist? Might want to think all this through very carefully.

How do you know he didn't repent? Why do you even care when rich people go to hell anyway? Technically if he gave it all away he has more chance of getting into heaven.
"it is easier for a camel to go through the eye of a needle than for a rich man to enter the kingdom of God." Matthew 19:24.
Think carefully about that too while you're in one of your many homes you brag about.

How much exactly? Everything he earns/wins/inherits for the rest of his life? If he's smart he'll put it in someone else's name, someone he can control.

Agreed. The system decides how much, that is a set ammount for everyone and if there is any left it's his. If the system fails to do so then that's not his fault.

If you're a victim, you sue him in civil court and take all you can. It worked quite well against the Catholic Church.

Money won't change anything, unfortunately. The only thing the victims can do is move on, most people do (time heals all wounds). If he bought his ticket fair and square, he won, its his money and the authorities only care because he did not tell them he was moving.

First of all the lottery is not random.
Secondly, is it not chance when someone crashes his car into me ? Or is that my own fault for not believing in God ?

If you're going to sue it should be done ASAP, If they really need therapy or anything then it needs to be sorted quickly, they shouldn't be waiting around until they hear a rumour of their nice new inheritance or something. Perhaps I'm cynical but I have no belief in anything people say if they wait like that, they just want a nice new speedboat, how deserving they obviously are.

What would be the point of sueing someeon who has no money to get? let him feel a bit of pain by having a nice life and then having it taken away. Its what he did to them.

That would be random in a way. But actually that is not really the point.
I said the lottery itself is not random. And even that is not the point.
My point was that if God has nothing to do with the lottery, why does he (apparently) have something to do with me having an accident (or not).

Everyone has money, it's just that some people have less than others.

If you aren't satisfied with what your 'share' of their money at the time would be, that's a bad break.

Log into a science journal database and search for "sex abuse recovery statistics" some time. Contrary to popular belief, the vast majority of victims of sexual assault/abuse do move on with their lives after appropriate therapy/counseling. The idea that the victims are "messed up for life" is just another "factoid" that people mindlessly repeat back and forth to each other - it has little basis in reality. In general, sexual abuse is no more life-altering than any other traumatic event. If anything, the popular sentiment that victims of sexual abuse are "messed up for life" harms victims by making them feel strange or guilty when they eventually recover - it causes them to feel like there must be something wrong with them. After all, they feel okay again when apparently they are supposed to be permanently damaged. But hey, don't let the facts get in the way of you working yourself into a frenzy about pedophiles.

Also, why is everyone assuming that the victims were children? It didn't say anything about children in the article.
