But if the weather causes you to feel physically bad, it can influence your mood..

    Heh.. like having a cold..

I'm sure it is mostly in your head but I doubt it is entirely. Seattle has the highest rate of suicide in the US and the most rain of any state. Maybe something with not getting enough Vitamin C and D from the sun can cause depression? I don't mean clinical depression, just feeling depressed.

That's to do with a poor choice of clothes.

Sure, but there are various methods to control your thoughts and perception of the world, including meditation and various yogas.

Who the hell wants to go to an Indian ashram just to feel a bit better for a few weeks. I would recommend a luxury cruise in the tropics any day.

That wouldn't be addressing the source of the bad mood, i.e., your mind.
Proper meditation is when it is done 24/7 - during work, leasure and sleep.

Doesn't sound like much fun to me. But each to his own.

Hmmmmmmm well it's snowing once again. You know because we haven't had enough yet. We have only past the record snowfall in Feb this yr......beat the record of more than 30 yrs ago.

I feel like shit! I can't wait to curl up in my bed.

I love rainy weather. And gray skies.
