I don't understand the question well. Can you clarify? If you're asking what atheists will do, well, they have no morals, so they'll do anything.
Who wouldn't? Lying isn't always bad; if you were in Nazi Germany housing Jews, and the Nazis were at your door and asked you if there were any Jews nearby or that you knew of, you'd have to lie to save their lives.
