Is it true that when a group of women live together that their monthly cycles will synchronize??? http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=F14FLQi4h7U
yes it is true. Anacdotally both my sister and my partner told me that there periods fell in sink with there mothers when they were living at home its not just that they synchronize but rather that they all fall in line to whatever paten the alpha female is in. Oddly enough though when my sister was having 2 periods a month that nither my mother nor my other sister were having the same problem. Further more the pill apsolutly over rules this tendancy
actually no, that was the sister i was talking about. Its just that she had 2 periods for ever one of my mothers. the other reason i belive its true rather than symple coincidence is that whenever PB stays at her mums house for a reasonable length of time, her period timing changes (unless she is on the pill)
Yeah it's true. Anyone who's lived in a dorm can tell you that. Please Register or Log in to view the hidden image!
ummm, the same way it is in a wolf pack? the dominant person is the alpha, in general it is the mother but not always
so did i before i had my hysterectomy, it was horrible, everyone would just let me be, and i would also cry a lot aswell, i hated it, thankgod i had the hysterectomy
lucifers angel, do you recive estrogen shots after that concidering the fact estrogen is produced in the overies?
no i know women who have to take hormone replace ment medicaiton after they operations but i was/am fine so far,
interesting that suggests 2 possablilities a) estrogen only has a funtion in reproduction (rather than arosal which i thought it did and normal funtion) b) the body has another way of obtaining it either producing it somewhere else as well or directly obtaining it from food
i dont know about that, but i know that some women get really nasty after hysterectomys because they have had to go through "The Change" early and some (like me) sail through it,
i know when mum went into menapause she couldnt have HRT because she was on temoxifin anyway and it would have been counter productive to give HRT to someone treated with anti-estrogen The temoxifin was actually what put her into menapaus
they gave me the option to use the HRT meds and i said that i would rather see what happens, and luckly i have been ok, some women ahve hot sweats and shakes but i didnt have any of it
So why wasn't it that way when I grew up? My Mom, me, and my step-sister were all on different weeks. Were we all equally dominant?
