    All nut butters have the consistency of ceramic tile adhesive...its very sticky!

    It is sticky, but protein isn't much of a threat to your teeth, no matter how sticky it is (I eat the sugar free variety). It's carbohydrates that cause the damage (they produce the acids that start and feed tooth decay). As foods go, peanut butter isn't even a blip on the radar of tooth issues.

    Carcano-Have you tried, ceramic tile adhesive? Nasty tasting stuff, there. Burned my mouth when I tried it.

    Peanuts are mostly fat actually 48%.

    As well as about 25% protein and 21% carbs.

    Its also not water soluble, so saliva has a hard time breaking it down.

    Its the most wonderful food for vegetarians because of the iron content.

    No, but I used to use it renovating houses.

    Spreads just like peanut butter!

    How about nasty and not as nutritious as other nut butters. I prefer almond butter to the vile taste of that burnt aftertaste of peanut.
