Yes, at least his dog still thinks he's brilliant.

Maybe they could have a mountain carved with the heads of bad presidents.
    Mount Bushmore.

Hoover (blamed for depression), Nixon (first to resign under criminal pressure) and Buchanan (failed to prevent succession)

    What about Woodrow Wilson.
He didn't plant burning crosses on the White House lawn,
but only because they wouldn't let him.

He could replace Nixon, who at least brought Pandas to America.

Reagan - the wingers have been advocating immortalizing him on a mountain for years, and there would be none so appropriate as Bushmore.

And Truman, the launcher of the Cold War and the introducer of genuine mediocrity to the modern White House.

    So Truman, Nixon, Reagan, Dubya.

(Pandas have kind of nasty dispositions)

Your jokes were corny... But I giggled.

Y'know guys, vice-president-elect Biden might give comedians some good material. They showed clips of Biden on The Daily Show Thursday. It was his last speech to the Senate before resigning, or something. It's kinda funny how he talks endlessly about just stuff. You really have to see it. The official Daily Show website should have it.

That is true. Perversely, humor as a coping mechanism seems to be the most satisfying.

Sorry to be a Grammar Nazi, but it's "secession."

And well, I don't know much about Grover Cleveland, except that he'd probably be a Republican if he were alive today, and he said that decent women don't want the right to vote. Blegh.

Let's be clear, Truman was a Democrat and a whimp after WWII and did not face down the Soviet Union and others when he had the perfect opportunity to do so. As a result, the millions paid the price in war, starvation and tyranny.

So if georgie wants to use Truman as a model, it is just another example of his boundless stupidity. One thing I can say about Truman is the buck really did stop with Truman. It was not just another slogan for the ignorant koolaid drinkers.

With junior, the buck never stoped with him. It was always, I was just listenting to my generals. I was just listening to my economic advisors. They told me we had serious trouble and we needed to do X...pathetic leadership. Which brings us to another story, after 9/11 he was no where to be found. And when he did show up, he could not string a few coherent words together...then he let Bin Laden escape at Torra Bora.

A good man who got power and tried to do his best, but ended up destroying everything he touched.
    Its a morality tale.

It's more than that. It's a global tragedy.

More likely, a shallow man who took power and had no idea what it was for.

    How about
A Foolish son, who traded his mothers cow for a magic bean..................

George W. as Aladdin. Rumsfeld as his long suffering old mother.
That would make a great pantomime..
