It's an explanation rather than a theory. He's not proposing any new science or engineering, just better pedagogy.
Quote, let me guess, you were googling 'bipolar' and came across this, and decided you just must share it?
This shouldn't be underestimated by any means though. I have a visual aid by use of mini-chainlinked-helixes which turn either clockwise giving an attractive electromotive force and anticlockwise for a repulsive electromagnetic force, analogous to how a wood screw works. It explains the logic of an a/c or direct electrical circuit without the need for the analogy of 'electricity flowing like water down pipes' as my old physics teacher used to say. The reason that physics teachers use this metaphor is because it's very easy to understand when talking about current loads vs the amount of current the path can take. Certain gauge wire and sub-components can only handle up to certain amperage. If you exceed these, the wire/components will fail. When talking with people who are just learning it, this makes sense to them that the current "flowing" through the devices overload it. OF COURSE, when you get elbow deep, the metaphor breaks down, but that's why it's a learning aide for youngsters, and not used more complicated discussions.
I think that this is the wrong teaching methodology personally, but then again, I wasn't fully happy when I realised I'd been lied to about Father Christmas!
Look dude, you fucked up your 'A' levels, so clearly, some less complicated analogies about how things work were beyond you. We learn basics first, and once we have those straight, we move onto more complicated ideas. If you tried to teach 11 year old Quantum Electro Dynamics as their first science lessons, they would abandon science as being too hard. Hell, QED is hard for adults with a solid grounding. But yet again you prove your woo credentials. Oh, let me ask you, have you ever taught?
OK, so pretty much everything the guy has said exists only in his mind. I'd come to this conclusion, pretty much, I mean, we can both show our qualifications, I have ID badges going back to my first job, etc. CSS can show none of that, so I was pretty sure it was all fantasy.
