Well, I did say this: "Regular could be defined as at least one post per week on average, and at minimum one post each month." This would mean that no member on the list has been inactive for more than a month. Members that post on average, say, once every 40 days wouldn't be on the list because they just don't post often enough. Even if they have been here for 10 years. That's kind of a pitfall right there, but you'll have to draw the line somewhere. Tracking this down for each member would be a daunting task though. The workload would be less if you only check the last 6 months or so, but still..
lets keep it low key then aim for a name per week and perhaps recheck of all names around the end of the year i also doubt if we hit 200
