Whenever there is a situatio this we do not know all of the details about what happened and why, only that it did take place. A court must determine what the appropriate action should be, not people like us who only know very little about the whole event. Without all of the data about what happened no one can judge what to do legally but only offer their opinion as to what they would do without all of the information. My opinion should be that the ywo men should get the death penalty.
i agree cosmic were not legal persons but here are the facts 1 there is obviously assault going on in the video 2 there are parents and grand parents of one of the girls encouraging them to fight 3 the adults regardless of the reason were not stopping or intervening if someones life was in danger why wouldn't the parents take care of the person who would come to the house threaten them

Fighting is the only way to deal with bullies. How else were they going to settle it? I don't think the adults "promoted" bullying, but I don't think the fight should have been video taped. Fighting isn't a joke or a game.
