Nothing wrong with that. I am bringing new stuff to the table. Something interesting. Your method is not to eat or go outside. Eat vegetables but theyre no good...

like I said you're missing something upstairs. I eat and go outside, and advocate it entirely... Which is what I said, and what everyone else read except you.

thank you so much for proving that you're crazy and/or can't read.

Why would raw eggs be more healthy than vegetables..?

because they give many nutrients that we need such as animal fat and don't cost near as much to digest them. That's the problem with vegetables.

    Couple things:

    Animal fat isn't needed.

Also, what do you mean by cost as much to digest? Things with high dietary fiber are good for you. They are shown to help prevent colon cancer and diverticulitis.

Don't like apples, too much fiber. I like juicing oranges (valencia variety), and I forgot to mention I only eat the yolk of the eggs, without the membrane sac, just personal preference.

In case you're wondering yes, it's an uncooked diet, it has all the water you need if you stick to fruits like oranges/watermelon/tangerines/etc, dont eat the bird fruits like strawberries in a great amount or blueberries, and it is all extremely easily digested by our bodies with little waste, not like you would get from your typical pizza which is bad enough when it's not loaded with toppings and not to mention cooked. If you really want to compare pictures of eggyolks/fruits to the typical diets of pizza, cheeseburgers, lasagna, etc, then be my guest lol.

I meant our body can't easily digest and assimilate the nutrients in most vegetables, meaning they don't give us a calorie surplus, and therefore are not a good option in the diet.

Animal fat was a mistake in writing, I meant animal cholesterol. Although many other nutrients are important in raw eggyolks too, and the fat helps with some things as well.

    It had to happen.

The nutcases have entered the debate.
Simple truth. If you want to know what to eat, you consult a nutritionist. The advice will be to eat 5 or more fruits and vegetables every day. Starchy foods with fibre. A moderate amount of animal protein, including dairy products, a small amount of red meat, fish etc. Not too much saturated fat, salt, sugar, or processed starch.

Normal food does not cause cancer. Normal food is good. In theory, some meats contain carcinogens, including over-browned red meats. However, there is little evidence that these constitute more than a theoretical risk. Smoked meats are a higher risk, but even those in moderation are OK.

Simple rule : if some nutter tells you not to eat normal, good healthy food, that proves that the nutcase is crazy.

since when is fruit and raw egg yolks not normal, good healthy food?

your rule sucks, just like your reasoning skills.

We need a certain amount of fat in order to metabolize some vitamins and other nutrients. Fat can be gotten from plant sources but you have to be careful which ones. Some of the ones that are in vogue now, such as coconut oil, are more saturated than butter.

Besides, almost any naturally occurring fat can be digested safely so long as we don't consume an excess. If you burn fat for energy it doesn't matter how saturated it is. Saturated fat only turns into "bad cholesterol" if you store it and gain weight.

Trans-fatty acids ("partially hydrogenated"), on the other hand, which are not naturally occurring and can only be created by chemical engineering processes, are bad fer ya. They resist decomposition in that package of Twinkies that has been in the back of your cupboard for four years; imagine what kinds of processes they might thwart in your body.

Cancer is hereditary in my humble opinion. Here in the UK I believe that is the main medical based opinion. I do not believe lifestyle comes into it.

Radiology is probably not the correct term here. You're talking about radio waves and although there may be some biological effects from holding a transmitter to your head for long periods of time we are bombarded by radio waves constantly from the Sun, so it's not an unnatural addition to the environment.

Our magnetosphere deflects much of solar radiation away and around the earth, if not we would not be here.
